Iliovasilema Hotel & Suites offers an unforgettable experience with its breathtaking views and exceptional service. The panoramic vistas of the caldera and sunset are simply stunning, creating a magical atmosphere that stays with you long after you leave. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, especially Markozannes Manos, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. His friendly demeanor and local tips added a special touch to our visit. Every moment at this hotel felt like a dream come true—highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Santorini escape!

Starting with the positives, the views are mesmerising, and the hotel is perfectly located. The room (superior suite with jacuzzi) was clean and spacious. We paid £2445 for 5 nights in early July and were disappointed with a number of things. I had booked the hotel due to a number of complimentary reviews about the service. Sadly, this was not our experience. I appreciate that the staff are working in hot conditions, and that Santorini is suffering from the effects of over tourism. However, we found them surly, defensive and generally disinterested whether we found the stay enjoyable. The only time we had a proactive interaction was when they knocked on our door to retrieve a 10p Bic biro we had borrowed from reception. Our room was next to the reception and the terrace was totally open to all the other guests, who wandered past and peered in frequently, so we spent most of the time in the room rather than in the jacuzzi. Breakfast (even just a coffee) must be ordered the night before - the day we arrived (at 5pm) the earliest slot was 9.45am. When I said I we were early risers, and wanted to have a coffee and a walk before the day got too hot we were told “why don’t you relax, it’s your holiday” Another surprising niggle for a supposedly luxury hotel was an unsightly morning dash on sunbeds (only 6) by mainly British tourists who left their towels and then, for the most part, failed to use them. It is a shame that the hotel doesn’t address this as it distracts from the enjoyment of the stay. In summary, a beautiful place but sadly due to average service fell somewhat short of our expectations

1st time visiting Santorini with my wife. And we had a very good time at LLIOVASILEMA hotel , We absolutely loved everything : - Amazing view - Very clean - Nice breakfast - very comfortable bed - nice and quiet - I would recommend everyone to book directly from the hotel website they always offer the best price . By far Was one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced Very professional Very helpful very kind and friendly .. We stayed there for 2 nights.. The rooms were really small. Our room was right next to the walkway giving us no privacy. The breakfast was very limited and access to inhouse pool and pool beds closed at night. Staff is courteous, views are good.
