Additional comment in response to the management’s reply: I’d really like to have the opportunity to copy / paste the screenshots of our whatsapp messages:) There is nothing to appreciate about your service. Besides, you kept talking about your former guests’ positive feedbacks, however it is all clear on booking comments :) Dont worry everybody knows and tells the same complaints. A big suggestion for you; this is hospitality business. So you are not fit to that business, according to your reply. Using a keyboard like you is not a type of communication of hospitality business. Hope you learn your lesson and improve yourself in the near future. P.s. Cold water problem wasnt resolved and the other properties on the island do not have the same problem (we have already checked with 7 different properties). Good luck with your defensive attitude. My previous comment: Definitely a big disappointment! No cold water coming in the bathroom, lavatory & shower. Get ready to take a shower with an extremely hot water during the middle of summer. They dont leave shampoo unless you ask. And the major surprise was there was a noisy maintenance at our property on our first day and the owners say that is normal:)

Like the recent comments I must agree that the room was not as expected for its price and the “luxury” name. The location was good except the noise from the street. At first glance a nice room but with issues. Light outside the front door still not working. The room door difficult to open due to defect door handle. Missing plastic cylinder in toilet paper place. The shower pressure very low. Ants in the kitchen. WiFi I don’t know, I used 5g. If I could give some goodwill constructive advice, take care of the rooms , make them more welcoming.

After a first grand impression, several shortcomings dampen the enthusiasm about the romantic four-poster bed and the wonderful balcony overlooking the bay of Symi. The staircase leading to the entrance is steep, irregular and unlit. The lamp above the entrance is broken with no visible effort to have it repaired. Hence, it's hard to find the keyhole. There is NO WIFI. The lovely cleaning lady could not help because the owner could not be reached. In a nutshell: esthetically a jewel, comfort leaves to be desired, and families with children will find that the fridge is too small to store more than a couple of water bottles. 'Deluxe' it is NOT, and certainly not worth 188€/night.

We have had a terrible experience at Anamar Residences in Symi. We booked two nights, but after a sleepless night we have had to move to another hotel. We are not one to complain in a hurry, but this accommodation is exceptionally sub-standard and should not be used as a five person appartment. There was only one airconditioning unit in the main bedroom upstairs. When the door to this room was closed no other bedrooms or living areas of the appartment could be cooled. Air conditioning was absent on the ground floor level of the accommodation where our son slept on a sofa which is not even a sofa bed. He has had back pain today. None of the windows could be opened due to the traffic noise, which was constant and carried on all through the night. The place is an extremely unhealthy place to stay lacking sufficient ventilation and cooling. There are no curtains downstairs. the absence of curtains meant people walking past could see into the appartment which created a very unsafe environment. The street and vehicle lights were not blocked out which made it impossible to sleep. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great view and great location but the room was not as expected. First of all the WiFi was not working, even though the room was clean and tidy it included only the basics and for sure there was nothing luxury apart as they are called so. It was quite strange that there was no light in the main bedroom. The room was very hot and you could just stay in there with Aircondition open but of course you could not anyway sleep with the windows or door open as it is on a noisy area and cars pass by the road all time and even at night
