Cancelation Policy

Advance payment of the tour price is required at the time of booking, all of which is refundable in case of a pandemic related cancellation.

Cancellations for other reasons must be made in writing via email, and fees are applied as noted:

  • Cancellations received 8 days or more, prior to the tour date: no cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received 7 to 4 days prior to the tour date: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations received 3 or fewer days prior to the tour date or no shows: 100% cancellation fee
