During the tastings, you will gain insight into Crete’s fascinating food culture, the evolution of the island’s cuisine, the healthy nature of locally produced ingredients and find out about all the secret eateries of the Old town of Chania.

While we navigate along the little alleys of the Old town we will visit a shop that sells local herbs and get informed on their medicinal effects as well as how they are being used in the local cuisine.
