Xenios Port Marina Hotel

We booked our holiday and stayed at a lovely hotel that truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always ready to help. Check-in was fast, and our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we were really pleased with the quality and variety of the food. Each meal had plenty of options, including local and international dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. The dining area was always clean and well-organised, and the staff were very polite and efficient. The pool area was peaceful, and there were always enough sunbeds available. The whole hotel was kept very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The location was great too – close to shops and local attractions, but still quiet enough for a restful holiday. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and felt very well looked after. Thank you to the hotel team for such a lovely stay. We would definitely book again!

Absolutely disappointing stay – would never recommend Our experience at Xenios Port Marina, Pefkochori was far below expectations. The service was awful – no assistance was offered to help women carry heavy luggage to the rooms, which are located quite far and high from the reception. When we asked for help, we were told that they “don’t practice that.” Honestly, they should. The room was terrible – old, dirty, and full of insects. There were ants all over the balcony and even bugs inside the room. The shower was broken, and the ceiling above it was damaged. The space felt neglected and unhygienic. The staff was shockingly unwelcoming, especially the male employees. We constantly felt like we were intruding in someone’s home, not on vacation. Their attitude was cold and unfriendly – we felt judged and uncomfortable during our entire stay. The only positive part was the female waitresses and the driver – they were kind and professional. Sadly, everything else needs serious improvement. It’s clear that guests are not a priority here. Overall: 1 star. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Our experience was truly awful, and we would never return.

4,5 out of 5 just because of the rooms (they are ok, but some things could use refurbishment) and bad-annoying WiFi. Everything else was fine. Food was GREAT (very tasty) and staff was nice and pleasant. Location is great - outside crowded Pefkohori and 5 mins away by car to fabolous Xenia beach.

Terrible. The beds are from 1923, the ac barely works and you can only run it when you are in the room. The all inclusive option is pointless because it's only while food is being served, also it's the same food everyday. The people were nice except 1. But for as off from the beach it is which normally would be no big deal, but they could be alot better as a business.

From the start we had a very poor room. Shower screen was missing. My son cut his foot on the floor and the a was broken. After speaking to the rep we were moved rooms. Not after a very grumpy maintainance man came to fix the ac. We were moved to a better room. Still very out dated no drinking glasses. Mattresses were solid but we slept. I asked for a twin room so my kids could share. They had no clue how to split the bed. The food is passable and one night we had an amazing lamb dish. But the kids struggled and have lived on pasta and chips. The last day I had noticed a crack in one of our windows. I reported this to the rep as I'm disabled and it's easier. I went to reception as they tried to phone me. I was met with a very aggressive manager demanding 150 euros for the damage ( which was not us) I had to get the rep involved and an agreement was come to. However I felt the managers aggressive attitude made me feel unsafe. I walked off eventually we managed to talk and I understood his reasoning but was upset as I was making safe the room was safe for the next visitor. He thought I wanted free stuff which was not the case. The issue was sorted. However although the staff work hard to keep the hotel clean. The outdated main part of the hotel is not accessible and the equivalent of a Greek butlins. I spent alit of money on this for my self and my children and I expected a better service and more comfort. As well as WiFi that works a pool that's open later than 7pm and a snack bar for all inclusive throughout the day ( which we have had at many all inclusive before) It's unfortunate and makes me sad as the staff are lovely. The owners don't want to Invest any more.
