Exceptional service compliments, a beautiful tranquil retreat, from the soft music playing, the views that are so near heaven, you do not want to move your line of site, Johanna provided over the top service with any request, at any time, from arranging horseback riding with transportation to and from, massages and facial, shipping items, each request was met with enthusiasm, restaurant was excellent with views, the entire staff worked in synchrony for your comfort and pleasure, The Thai massage I received was the best I ever received in the comfort of our room, by NICK, Nick I thank you for bringing me back into balance with my spirit and the ether that connects us all, in closing the hotel and rooms are just what you see when searching hotels, absolutely perfect. I can't get enough of Santorini the views, the location the service the atmosphere 👌 I couldn't ask for more It's everything I ever dreamed 😍 Best if you visit at the end of September is a bit less crowded.

We had an astonishing experience with the most spectacular views in Santorini! The staff were truly welcoming, the service was quick and discrete and everything was super clean! Best part was of course the hot tub on top of the hotel offering breathtaking views of the sunset and the whole island! We’re definitely coming back!

From the moment we arrived until we departed, the facility was amazing. The grounds and the accommodations were excellent. There wasn't a moment that we felt uncomfortable or unwelcome. Alex and his team went above and beyond, consistently, to make our stay amazing. My wife was ill when we arrived and I took a few days for her to overcome the flu. The staff were extremely accommodating and always had hot tea for her and were even able to modify the menu and make homemade vegetable soup for her. Their attention and distance ( simultaneously) absolutely made our trip. There isn't another place on the island I will stay when we return. Everything was amazing!! I highly recommend their double cappuccinos and spending time by the upper pool. The views are staggeringly beautiful and without the usual passerby looking into your space. The island is amazing, as long as you stay at the White Pearl Cavalieri.
