Thiopetra Villas

We had a fantastic experience at Thiopetra villas. The villas and property are impeccably clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Themis was incredibly responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. He even had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us every morning. Thank you for making our stay in Milos a memorable vacation.

Our stay at Thiopetra was an absolutely fabulous and memorable experience, far beyond any expectation of ours. The rooms are very spacious, exceptionally luminous and elegantly decorated. The cleanliness is really exemplary and there is a pleasant scent of freshness all over the place. The villa is fully equipped with all modern amenities such as air conditioning units, fridge, oven, coffee maker, washing machine and flat TV sets, among others. There is also a swimming pool, virtually private since it is only shared with the second villa of the complex, and also open-air gym facilities. The property is ideally located in an area, from where all main attractions of the island are accessible within max 15-minute drive. It is also important that there is ample and protected parking area inside the property. If all these were already sufficient to make our stay magical, the crown jewel of our experience was our host. Themis, the owner of the property, is the epitome of Greek hospitality: warm, kind, very helpful and generous. He is an outgoing, pleasant person, very knowledgeable about Milos and always available to provide tips and recommendations. Moreover, he treats his guests as friends and family and this makes his service priceless. Thanks to the above, Thiopetra has been for us a home away from home and we have really enjoyed a relaxed, cozy atmosphere and unique hospitality.

If you are to stay anywhere in Milos, let it be here! The villa was always kept cleaned daily. Themis was helpful with giving us suggestions for food and providing an overall positive experience for us. The villas are beautiful, with a pool and gym, close to restaurants. Will definitely be back on our return back to Milos, thank you Themis!!!

Cannot fault this place , the unit is new, clean , tidy with everything you need! Pool, gym, towels, washing machine… the list goes on. Our welcome pack including Prosecco was fantastic and everyday breakfast … what more could we want? The location whilst not on a beach it is close to everything and given you need a car we really did have the best of everything. The hosts Themis and his wife were fab and very helpful re beaches and places to eat!!

We had an amazing experience at Thiopetra. Everything was a 5/5 from service to cleanliness, and even restaurant recommendations from the owner did not disappoint. It’s also very close to lots of beach spots and restaurants by quads.
