Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas

We took the family of four here. Two adults, two teenagers. The rooms are amazing, each with a little personal Jacuzzi, and each section of rooms with a personal pool. That was so nice. The location was excellent, just a few steps from oia Town. Made it super convenient to get around. I seriously can’t think of one thing I would change about this place. It was awesome.

Spent 3 nights in Santo Pure We had a wonderful time. The staff in particular were exceptional. They were attentive to details of our travel itinerary and very accommodating. The location was perfect for Oia. It is a 10 min walk up a footpath to Oia and can quickly get away from the crowds if wanted. The views are amazing from the property Rooms were charming and clean and well appointed . Would strongly recommend to anyone

Excellent hotel, with a super friendly staff. The suites are luxurious and the location is perfect. The Chef was especially friendly and professional, cooking up beautiful dishes. Great sunset viewing location.

Although the hotel was good, I did have higher expectations given the price and 5-star rating. Upon checking in it seemed like we were an inconvenience to the front desk staff. The concierge service from Eleni was great. Room was excellent and having the private hot tub to enjoy the sunset in private was beautiful. Nice short walk into Oai. We had booked a floating breakfast, which was great. But we had a spa appointment so we brought the tray into our room so we could save some of the food for later. When we came back from the spa, all the food was gone. When I called to ask if they could bring some back they only brought a few pastries. Unreasonable for the price. Spa service was also below par given the prices. Spa reception is also very pushy to book, telling my wife she needed to book now as they don't have much space. When I called back to change our service and time, they basically had the full day available.
