Roxani Residential Complex

We stayed at Roxani Residential, specifically in apartment M4, from June 23rd to June 29th, 2025. The apartment is located about 250 meters away from the main road/beach, which we really appreciated because it made the place very quiet and peaceful. The road leading to the complex consists of very narrow, unpaved, and bumpy streets. Local authorities could definitely improve this by paving the roads, considering the large number of tourists visiting the area and the revenue generated for the local budget, especially since the entire area is constantly expanding with new accommodations being built everywhere. The apartment itself impressed us a lot. We had everything we needed. Perhaps a microwave could be added in the future, but we managed to heat our child’s food using the electric oven. Each room was equipped with air conditioning. At least in the apartment we stayed in, there were two bathrooms (I’m not sure about the other apartments), a dishwasher, a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, and a large terrace in front of the apartment. There was also a parking space right in front. However, I’d like to point out that it would be ideal if each apartment had its own dedicated parking space to avoid situations where another guest parks in front of your unit and runs their engine under your window... Overall, it was a successful and enjoyable vacation! 5 Star recomended !

It was a very nice and clean apartment. Shopping opportunities were sufficient and the beach had fine sand and the sea was warm. We will definitely book a room here again before our Türkiye vacation.

Great apartments. At least the ones we saw and stayed in. Furnished with great taste and thought. The equipment and extras provided by the host exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend. If anyone is interested, I will provide a contact number.
