We stayed in early July 2025 and booked a superior room with a private pool. From the outset, communication and check-in were seamless, thanks to the owners’ clear, detailed instructions. They even thoughtfully directed us to the local supermarket’s delivery service before our arrival, allowing us to pre-order essentials for our late-night check-in — a much-appreciated touch. Upon arrival, we were also greeted with a welcome basket featuring luxurious lotions and a bottle of wine. The room had been recently renovated and was stylishly appointed, though slightly compact. That said, the quality far exceeded the usual standard of Greek accommodation we've experienced in the past — everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The private pool was a highlight. While it’s shared with adjacent apartments, a large privacy screen creates a relaxed, secluded atmosphere. The superior rooms are situated near a busy dual carriageway, but the nearby building buffers most of the noise, and the room’s security shutters provide effective soundproofing for restful nights. The main pool at the heart of the complex is beautifully designed with water jets, a winding layout, and complimentary sunbeds. There’s no on-site bar or restaurant, which makes for a tranquil daytime atmosphere and peaceful evenings. Conveniently located next to a well-stocked local supermarket, the complex is also a short walk from two excellent tavernas. For more lively options, a stroll down the charming Eucalyptus Street reveals chilled-out bars, tourist shops, and a variety of restaurants. Kolympia isn’t a party hotspot — it’s mostly frequented by guests staying at all-inclusive hotels further down Eucalyptus Street. There are a handful of lovely beaches in the vicinity, though having transport is definitely recommended to make the most of the area. All in all, a very good experience-highly rated.

We’ve spent 9 nights at one of the apartments with a balcony overlooking the pool. It’s safe to say we want to come back here again :) The apartment had everything we needed for the stay, the bathroom was newly redone, and there was always free parking available. The location is great, with short drives to Rhodos’ beautiful beaches and the local supermarket just around the corner. Petros was also kind enough to lend us an umbrella for the beach, so there was no need to buy an extra one. The common pool is nicely done, we’ve enjoyed our time there as well. Thanks again and see you soon!

ZERO STARS. Please please stay away Worst experience I have ever had and a travel every fortnight. I decided to write to regulatory bodies because I believe it is not fair for travelers to be exposed to such aggressive and threatening (and even mocking) behavior. Travelers should not need to call the police or to pack with their things to ensure their safety and of their belongings. Travelers should not be chasing brokers for one month to obtain a very small refund the property had agreed upon (and then simply denied). Travelers should not be called stupid or thrown away on the street for a mistake that could be fixed. And of course, travelers should not be offended or called "very stupid" in person or online; nor should travelers be defamed online with lies. Of course, there are good and bad travellers out there, as there are good and bad hosts. I am trying to bring to the surface a case of the latter. In sum: The owner (Petros) was extremely disrespectful, rude and aggressive towards me. We had a disagreement because of a mistake I made while parking overnight, but there’s no way he would be any civilised about conflict resolution. I was alone and hence easy pray to his attitude. He humiliated me in front other guests and cancelled my reservation in less than 5 minutes after when I told him that the reason I had parked wrongly was just because there was no appropriate signalling and I didn’t know (for which he called me “very stupid” btw). A very vindictive attitude from his side, and zero ability to solve problems or deal with people. For him, I was simply a guest that he didn’t want around anymore, one that stoop up to his sheer rudeness. The photos I keep on uploading (print screens but sometimes this type of media is not supported) and his responses to other people speak for itself. They are worth a read before you book. I have also requested them to remove my personal data and even their email does not work (they haven’t confirmed adhering to my GDPR rights so far). Lastly, the hotel is a very sub par place with the lowest service level and quality: - no towels replacement / no cleaning - no reception or other services - swimming pool had sand in it - noisy (junction road) - cheap sunbeds and umbrellas - those that fry you under - smelly cupboard under the sink where the pipe flows On August 10th, I had to call the police to ensure my integrity and safety during that simple parking episode. Petros held my cars door open and told me he would throw my things away if I didn’t check out. He was bursting - I had never had to call authorities or request their support to defend myself. I no longer wanted to stay there so I left that same morning. We agreed in front of the police that he would refund me. It seemed like a good way to part ways; and equitable. However, he hasn’t stuck to his side of the agreement of course. Silly me not having commitments written down and for trusting that he would allow us to depart in peace and close the chapter. It has been an uphill battle to recover my money, and each time the presents different, made up reasons (including that I had refused to pay, which was a blunt lie - it had been prepaid - and then he said that he had never said that). Unfortunately, other people have lost even more money on his hands. He has no problem offending a guest if he wants to. Publicly as well as you shall see here. I was travelling alone and surely an easy pray for his abusive attitude. I cannot rule out that he simply expelled me in order to re-rent the room at a higher price (but I can’t confirm it either). Please stay away. For the sake of your own mental peace and so that you enjoy your vacations as you deserve it :)

Ok for a quick visit, but accommodation too cramped for a longer stay. No facilities on site, so cannot get anything to eat or drink, although there is a supermarket next door. Not walking distance to the strip in Kolymbia, so Taxi required

For the type of stay we wanted in Rhodes it was just what we needed. Nice cosy accommodation, pool was great. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were great.
