Great family run hotel with lovely staff always there to help no matter what or when. Even gave me a free beer upon arrival. Zia was great and always there to help.

The family are very welcoming and really care about your stay, the rooms are basic but comfortable. The Wi-Fi was poor from my room on the 2nd floor so was easier to use data on my phone: Air-con is an additional €11 a night. Please be aware this hotel is quite a distance from anywhere which is fine for peace but a pain if you’d like to get into Faliraki, factor in taxis €10 each way. If you walk the nearest shop is roughly 20 mins, bars start at 25 mins. If you walk to the beach it’s easily 40mins ( I timed these). The walk back is up a very steep hill for many miles. Overall I enjoyed my time at Oleander, any issues I had were resolved quickly.

Amazing family run hotel , the guy who greeted us upon arrival gave us his number and we were able to contact him and ask for help with buses , taxis and even queries about the hotel and rooms. It’s around a 35 minute walk downhill to the beach and into Faliraki town but it’s an easy walk. Going back to the hotel is a little harder with it being all uphill but it’s easy to grab a taxi up for €10. All staff were tremendously friendly and put experience and even cooked us pizzas when we arrived at 11:30pm on the first night (dinner finishes at 10pm). The pool is warm and food is good, air con is €7 but we didn’t mind paying that at all as it must cost a bomb if they were to supply it for free. And the nearest small shop is a short 14 minute walk away. 100% will be returning to this lovely hidden gem. Definitely worth every penny.

Wow! What can I say about this place? This family ran hotel it's the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax and escape life! The owners are so friendly, very helpful and very kind people. They have went above and beyond for us whilst staying here by giving us their number if we need any assistance and even gave us a lift into faliraki town when we couldn't get a taxi! Rooms are lovely, simple and just what you need. Air con is €7 a day per room but with the cost of living and energy bills we didn't mind! The pool is lovely and refreshing after a day in the sun and the views from the hotel are breath taking. The most reliable bus stop to Lindos is a 22 min walk down the hill, town is about 35 or 30 If you're fast and there's a small shop about 15 mins down the hill. Taxis are you friend for getting back up and cost €10. Alex the owner who built his hotel is very kind and cooked very late at night for my friend and me when we arrived late. This family will hold a special place in my heart for their kindness and way of life. I can't wait for my next visit!

Disappointing place in Ramot Terrible shower with no flow Full of noise and mosquitoes Bed linens with stains and full of dust Air conditioner barely works No blankets in the rooms, only a pillowcase for the blanket We begged the owner of the apartment here to cancel for us and he didn't even make it simple
