Oasis Hotel Corfu

We stayed at the Oasis Perama Hotel for 11 days. The hotel is in a very good location, the view is beautiful, we had two rooms. The mattresses were on the hard side, bathroom had not been completely renovated. Our room was on its own floor so we had peace and quiet, the air conditioning was new so it was quiet. The air conditioning in our other room needs to be replaced or at least serviced, the compressor outside was also quite noisy. The reception staff, cleaners and wait staff are great for the guests, they do their best. The only complaint is about the "bartender", we sat by the pool four times and he never came to take our cocktail order, even when he came to the next table and picked up the empty glasses, he did not come a few meters to us and ask what we wanted, we always had to go to the bar to order drinks and take them to our table. If he had shown more interest in his job and been hospitable, he could have sold several times more drinks. The prices of some drinks were excessive, for example a glass of house wine was six euros, corona 0.33 six euros... Breakfast and dinner are very good, all the food is very tasty, so all praise to the kitchen, nothing was ever lacking. This was the best food for a three-star hotel we have ever had. The planes flying past the hotel are not disturbing, they are heard for about 30 seconds, they are quite frequent, usually from midnight to 6 am they do not land. Some more observations, which have no direct connection with the hotel and their services, but relate to public services, local authorities... A big drawback is that the water is not drinkable, you get bottled water everywhere, we do not understand why this is not regulated, because there seems to be enough water, this brings a lot of work to all employees and also creates a lot of additional waste, according to some estimates more than 200,000 PVC bottles in Corfu alone every day. The garbage containers are open, no one closes the lids, so there are conditions for more insects and other animals that can easily get to food, not to mention the smells when the sun shines, the wind spreads the garbage around. There are far too many containers, a lot of garbage is lying around, it is not separated and the packaging is not compressed... It is mandatory to have a vehicle because the sidewalks are overgrown with grass and bushes or there are none, so walking along the road is quite dangerous. Parking in Corfu Town is a real challenge, we found only one paid parking lot and even there it was full, after an hour of waiting and driving through the streets we gave up and drove back to the hotel because we don't want to park anyone, park on sidewalks, pedestrian crossings, bus stops...

Good day everyone! We stayed at the Oasis Hotel for 4 nights as part of a 10-day tour of the island. We stayed in a room with a sea view (there are about 95% of them in the hotel). We really liked the views from the balcony. Very beautiful! We liked the food. Breakfasts, as for a small hotel, were quite varied. There was something new for dinner every day. I would especially like to highlight the ribs in sauce and souvlaki. The hotel staff also made a good impression. I would especially like to highlight the waitress from the Dominican Republic (unfortunately, I forgot her name). Very nice, welcoming and friendly! My daughter really liked her. The only negative, as for me, is the very high prices for drinks and cocktails in the hotel bars. Beer 0.33 - 5 Euro. All cocktails are 10 Euro. But maybe for others this will not matter much. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel! Thanks to the owners and staff of the hotel for the wonderful 4 days of our vacation.

Stayed in apartments attached to hotel which are older and reasonable 3* for the good piece got for a week which was excellent for half board! Food was good and service excellent. Bus stop outside hotel to Corfu town so very handy. Nice beach and pool with this hotel. I enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The food was delicious with fresh vegetables and tasty pastry, the staff was always helpful, rooms were clean. The sea is close to the hotel with the amazing views through the room.

Incredible hotel with insane views of the water! The staff were just wonderful and even made a packed breakfast for us on our day of departure. Four stars only because the location is a bit out of the way and public transport was harder to access and less frequent to this area and in peak summer Ubers and taxis are too expensive.
