Londos Hotel is a family run hotel of 20 rooms, a typical piece of Cycladic architecture and simplicity. Our hotel is reported to be one of the first hospitality spots in our picturesque town, Pisso Livadi. The story goes back in time, when our parents, Kostas and Eleni Peratinos, started it all in 1970s.
Back then, Pisso Livadi was a hidden paradise, unspoiled, mostly habited by self-sufficient natives. Although our town is now an international destination having all the alternatives you need for a momerable stay, authenticity is what characterizes both our hotel and Pisso Livadi.
Our aim is to offer personalized services of high quality, help our guests interact with the culture of Paros.
Londos Hotel is ideally located in the small harbour of Pisso Livadi which is 17 km away from the main port Parikia. It is one of the most attractive places on the island, a holiday area with some of the best beaches.

27.06.2025Cute little, authentic hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the breakfast is composed of local products. Perfect for a relaxing holiday at Piso Livadi!

16.07.2024We felt very well at Londos. It is close (a 3-minute walk) to the port of Piso Livaldi and the beach. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is ok (fruit, coffee, milk, tea, salami, cheese, cakes, butter, jam, etc.). The value for money is right!

18.06.2023The Londos Hotel is great value for money and really nice. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, a spacious room and the beach is only a few meters away. Also there is very close a parking for scooter or car. The place Piso Livadi is a small fishing village and highly recommended. The family business seems very cordially and especially at breakfast they make a lot of effort. Every day there are very tasty and fresh pastries such as cakes, feta and spinach pockets or other tasty treats. We are very satisfied.

30.06.2022An amazing experience from the first moment you walk in you are greeted warmly to the very moment you leave. It is a family run hotel and they make you feel welcome and are extremely accomodating. They have a wonderful breakfast spread. The rooms are simple but beautiful and the AC is 100% amazing. The cleaning staff is just as wonderful they helped me with whatever extra things I needed. They gave us a better understanding of the culture here in paros Greece. Our flight was cancelled and they made it possible for us to stay an extra three days to help us out while we figured how to get back to the US. The hotel is lovely but it's truly the family that runs the operation that makes your stay in paros extra special. If you are lucky enough to book a room at the hotel you will not be disappointed.

13.07.2023Good and homemade breakfast. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff. Good price/quality ratio. Only downside is the walls are super thin and you can hear everything, from children screaming, to couples arguing, and also if someone has the A/C you can hear the machines going on all night long. Would be nice to do something about this, even if just having a sign to ask clients not to talk too loud or to scream. We couldn’t have one well rested night…
