Welcome to La Maison Private Villa Santorini, a completely private 190 m² Cycladic property in peaceful Agia Paraskevi, near Monolithos. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa combines a three-bedroom main house with an attached open-plan studio, offering an ideal layout for families, two families travelling together, multigenerational groups or friends.

La Maison is located away from Santorini’s heavily visited tourist areas while remaining close to the beach and within easy driving distance of the island’s most important attractions. Guests can enjoy space, privacy, beautiful Aegean sunrises and warm, personal hospitality in a relaxed setting.

Outdoor living

The large 50 m² private swimming pool with integrated underwater jets is at the heart of the La Maison experience. The pool is not heated and is reserved exclusively for the guests staying at the villa.

The outdoor areas include sun loungers, umbrellas, furnished terraces, an outdoor dining area, a fully equipped BBQ, landscaped gardens, olive trees, colourful plants and a small private chapel. The property offers partial sea, garden and vineyard views, together with beautiful early-morning light and Aegean sunrises.

Public beach access is approximately 50 metres from the villa, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk, a swim or a peaceful moment beside the sea.

Secure private parking for up to two vehicles is available within the property, with additional free parking available outside the villa.

Indoor living

The main house offers a bright and comfortable living and dining area, a 50-inch Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Starlink Wi-Fi provides a fast and reliable internet connection throughout the property, allowing guests to stay connected or work remotely when required.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer, oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, cooking equipment, tableware, iron and ironing board.

Air conditioning and heating are available throughout the property.

Sleeping arrangements

The main house includes three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: one king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m
Bedroom 2: one king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m
Bedroom 3: two single beds measuring 0.90 × 2.00 m each

The main house also includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and one separate WC.

The attached open-plan studio provides additional privacy within the same property and can accommodate up to four guests. It includes two king-size beds measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m each, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony overlooking the garden.

The complete property therefore offers four sleeping areas, six beds, two full bathrooms and one separate WC.

A baby cot and high chair may be provided upon request.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, attached open-plan studio, large private swimming pool, terraces, gardens, outdoor dining area, BBQ, private chapel and parking area.

There are no shared guest areas. The entire villa and its outdoor spaces are reserved exclusively for the guests included in the reservation.

Our experience allows us to take a personal interest in every stay and help guests organise an unforgettable Santorini holiday. We are happy to provide trusted local recommendations, suggest places that match each guest’s interests and assist with planning transportation, dining and island activities.

Upon request, we can assist with private airport or port transfers, car rental, catamaran sailing excursions, private yacht cruises, island tours, flying-dress photography, horse-riding experiences, restaurant reservations, private dining with a chef and massage treatments by the pool.

A rental car can be delivered directly to the villa, with the necessary paperwork prepared in advance. This helps guests avoid queues and unnecessary waiting at the airport or rental office.

Location

La Maison Private Villa Santorini is located in Agia Paraskevi, near Monolithos, in a peaceful coastal area surrounded by traditional Santorini vineyards and the open Aegean landscape.

The villa is away from the crowds and traffic of the island’s busiest tourist villages while remaining close to the beach and within convenient driving distance of Fira, Kamari and many of Santorini’s must-see places.

Santorini Airport is conveniently close, making arrivals and departures easier. Despite its proximity, the villa maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and airport noise has not been a concern for our guests.

The property offers partial sea, garden and vineyard views and beautiful Aegean sunrises. It does not offer a sunset or caldera view.

Getting around

Although Santorini is a relatively small island, renting a car is the easiest and most convenient way to explore its beaches, villages, restaurants, wineries and main attractions.

Secure private parking is available within the property. A rental car can be delivered directly to the villa, and the paperwork can be prepared in advance, helping guests avoid queues and unnecessary waiting after arrival.

Private airport and port transfers can also be arranged upon request. Guests are welcome to share their flight or ferry details before arrival so that we can recommend and organise the most suitable transportation option.

Important information

The swimming pool is completely private and is not heated. The underwater jets are integrated into the swimming pool.

Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Maximum occupancy is 10 registered guests.

Pets may be accepted only with prior written approval from the host.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the villa.

Parties, events, unregistered visitors, professional photography, filming and commercial use of the property require prior written approval.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the swimming pool.
