Extremely disappointing experience. The villa was hot, unclean, and smelled of mold. Only one small AC in the living room—bedrooms were unbearable. Sheets and towels were old and dirty, and lizards kept entering through a gap under the front door. We left after one night, coordinated with Booking.com and the owner, but no refund was issued. Photos clearly show the property is nothing like the pictures or reviews. Not recommended.

We had an incredible stay at villa Agis for 3 nights. Giannis and Katerina, were so attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us, we were 6 friends. The villa itself was so beautiful, with stunning views and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cleaner was also really friendly and did a great job keeping the place spotless. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would definitely stay here again!

The most amazing views and perfectly located!! Katerina was an excellent host and let us know she was always available if we needed anything. The Villa was beautiful!! Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an incredible terrace with heated pool. I would highly recommend staying here- it’s paradise!!

Relaxing resort at 10 minutes walk from Fira center. It has large and clean rooms, a nice pool, a good bar that also serves breakfasts. The main downside was the lack of hot water in the evening and morning. The water is heated with solar boilers with very small capacity, and after 8 pm until 10 am, it's a cold shower. If the management can solve this, it can become a 5 star resort...

I recently stayed at “Villa” Agis and it was an absolute nightmare. Mold was everywhere—on the walls, in the bathroom, and even in the air conditioning unit, making the air quality terrible and posing serious health risks. The entire room had a foul, musty odor that was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, I found bugs crawling in various areas, adding to the overall discomfort and lack of cleanliness. The breakfast was equally disappointing, with very limited options and poor quality food. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, nothing was done to improve the situation.
