Felicity Villas Santorini

Beautiful villas, great location and views. Would 100% recommend to other families and would definitely book again. Close to beach, amazing pool area and near to lovely restaurants, supermarket and other amenities. Hosts are super helpful and friendly - arranging car hire for us and a boat trip to the volcano ❤️

If I could give Felicity Villas more than 5 stars, I would! The Villa is gorgeous, the views are instagram worthy, you can watch the sunrise from the balconies, and the grounds are clean with a pool surrounded by lounge chairs and seating and a play space for smaller kids. Super family friendly! The housekeeping services were the best I have ever experienced, they came in daily to clean and replace linens. Mrs. Maria and her husband were so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. We arrived to the island super early, expecting to drop our luggage off and walk around until the villa was ready. They are located right now the door so they let us in and surprised us by having the villa cleaned early so we could go ahead and check in! They brought us fresh fruits, gave us information on where to find shopping, the beach, and made themselves available for anything we needed. The Villa is located in Kamari, max a 5 minute walk to the black beach, shopping, and restaurants. The location is quaint and super cute! The best of Santorini without the craziness of Oia!

Amazing stay, one of the best I've had so far :) Starting from the villa rooms , to cleanliness , the facilities provided, the pool. What stands out the most is the hospitality of the host. Its just amazing and so warm. No complaints and only good things to day. We felt like home for the whole week during our stay. Sometimes even if we were only inside the villa and did not go out to the beach, we did not feel we missed out on anything. Simply a delight . Will definitely come back and highly recommend this stay

Wow what beautiful villas Felicity villas are. Gregory and Margarita and wonderful hosts, a truly lovely couple, on hand to help with any advise and we had the privilege of meeting Gregory’s son George and his family too. My husband loved the fruit trees where he was frequently offered grapes. The pool is a good size, warm and big enough to swim or play a ball game. We stayed in villa Victoria which was charming. A large supermarket is just a minutes walk away, and the beach with numerous restaurants just 5 minutes walk. Can’t wait to return next year.

Amazing! Villa Gregory was everything and more than we expected. Tucked away 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars and shops and 2 minutes walk from supermarket was a little piece of heaven. The villa itself had everything you need plus added luxuries like bathrobes,slippers etc and cleaned daily.....very clean and modern, great bathrooms! The owners were so kind and made sure everything was perfect, even though they lived on-site we rarely saw them, they were very discreet but were there If we needed anything plus they cooked us a tasty cake and savouries. The pool and surrounding area was fabulous, very relaxing, great size pool and plenty of sun loungers. We chose to stay in Kamari as we wanted to be near a beach and have a relaxing holiday and are we glad we did! We visited Oia and Firá and as pretty as they are they are incredibly busy and hot! It was great to go back to the villa to relax and unwind after the craziness of the towns! The island is small so very easy to get around, we hired quad bikes which are great to get around in and easy to park! I would highly recommend a stay at Felicity Villas, can’t fault it!
