The extremely kind staff had personally contacted us in advance to find out when and at what time we would be arriving on the island. They even researched how we would get to the hotel and offered us different options. On the day of our check-in, we were warmly welcomed with big smiles and genuine Greek hospitality.
Our room had two balconies, each with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. Depending on the sun’s position, you could always find the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy. The room itself was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you might need for an unforgettable stay on a dream island. We always had fresh water in our fridge, and the towels were magically refolded and replaced every single day. The atmosphere was exactly what you’d want on vacation: throughout the day, soft and relaxing background music played in the lobby, never once feeling intrusive. The bathroom was spotless every day and fully stocked with enough toiletries for four adults.
One of the definite highlights of the Alvia Suites was the in-house kitchen. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning, always with a wide selection of dishes from their menu. There was something for every taste—vegetarian, meat, or cheese lovers alike—and everything was absolutely delicious. Our personal favorites were the vegetarian omelet with mushrooms, fresh pepper, and a wonderful Greek cheese, as well as the homemade pancakes with chocolate cream, which were simply heavenly. We also loved the daily variety of pita dishes. Since Greece has so many to offer, it was a joy to try something new every day. The additional meals, available at a fair price, were also outstanding. Both the gyros and the Greek pizza were a real treat.
The Alvia Suites are equipped with everything a traveler to Corfu could need: a spacious pool with sun loungers and a view of the harbor and lush greenery, plenty of parking spaces for exploring the island’s many beaches, and excellent Wi-Fi—all of which we enjoyed throughout our stay.
The hotel is located in a slightly more exclusive area, surrounded by stunning nature and a wonderful sense of calm. Within walking distance, you’ll find a yacht harbor with traditional Greek fish tavernas, as well as a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water and convenient shops for everyday needs.
We would recommend the Alvia Suites to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the beauty of Greece. The property and its rooms have a wonderfully warm, modern, yet classic charm that perfectly matches the character of the staff. Ultimately, we believe that the true strength of the Alvia Suites lies in its exceptionally attentive, professional, and heartfelt team, who go above and beyond to give their guests an unforgettable holiday.
We will definitely be back – and wholeheartedly recommend the Alvia Suites!

The location is ideal — just a 10-minute drive from the city center, yet far enough from the busy marina and the hustle of town life. The serene seaside setting truly stands out. Thanks to the hotel’s daily shuttle service, visiting the city center felt like a VIP experience — comfortable, convenient, and very affordable.
A special thanks to our host, Katerina, who took care of every detail from A to Z to make sure we felt at home. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the pool area is beautiful, and the constant light breeze from the sea meant we never felt overheated.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious — especially the breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.
If you’re looking for a smart choice that offers great value for money, this is the place. You get the perfect balance of being close to the city yet away from the crowds, with easy access to everywhere you want to go — all in a VIP-like comfort.
The beach is just a ten minute walking distance away, but honestly, the pool and the relaxing atmosphere here met all our needs.
We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

The N&L Villas are the only property where there is NOTHING lacking - spotlessly clean, breathtaking view, exceedingly furnished with everything you need, quiet and private, with large parking, free WIFI, fantastic and very accommodating hosts, from start to finish = PERFECT!
We travel a lot, staying at different accommodations - hotels, AirBnBs, apartments, houses, but we never had this kind of experience.
Let's start from the beginning. After we landed, we were picked up by the car rental agency that our hosts recommended, (and we got a discount on our cars - we were a large group, 14 of us, kids and adults), and they took us to the car rental office which was 2 minutes away. Getting our cars was a no fuss, very streamlined process, took less than 5 minutes for 3 cars. Our host Katerina waited us there and she personally took us to the villas about 25 minutes away. BTW, she speaks flawless English, so communication before and during the stay was effortless.
Once there, she walked us through, explaining everything, and presented us with a welcome baskets which included snacks, fruit, coffee, bottled water, beer and wine. All that took less than 10 minutes and we were left to enjoy the property.
Each bedroom has nice beds with great mattresses and pillows (you can choose firmer or softer ones). Rooms have AC and mosquito nets on the doors that lead to the balcony.
Bathrooms were spacious, Kitchen has every imaginable utensils (induction stoves, microwaves, ovens, large refrigerators, dishwashers, etc), and both villas in which we have stayed have washing machines.
Infinity pools were pristine, with large recliners, chairs and tables.
If you need anything, you can just walk down the stairs to the store and buy all the necessities. There is a restaurant just above and just below the villas.
Beach is about 10 to 15 minutes walk, but since the villas are up on the hill, we recommend you to use the car! And you located about 30-40 minutes of easy drive from the most breathtaking sights if you want more!
To sum it up, if you need a place for the perfect vacation, that is affordable, clean, breathtaking, and has everything that you need look no further!

Its location on a hillside surrounded by trees was idyllic, within spitting distance from the sea shore and the vibrant village of Benitses with multiple fantastic dining options!
In the early evenings we would enjoy the magical color of the sky and the magnificent panoramic view of the sea with its sailing boats. The state of the art and spotlessly clean villa was furnished with all the facilities one could possibly need. The bedrooms had a/c as well as a ceiling fan for those who prefer natural ventilation. All the rooms were simply and tastefully decorated but each room had a personal touch to make you feel at home. Sunbathing and swimming in the exclusive, large private pool, surrounded by cypresses and olive trees, was both a beautiful and relaxing experience.
Looking forward coming back and stay again in this beautiful and hospitable villa.
