Castello Infinity Suites

We stayed at Castello Infinity Suites in October (off-season) and absolutely loved it. The cooler temps and fewer crowds made it the perfect time to visit. We booked the Aquamarine Suite Mountain View with Plunge Pool, and it was gorgeous—peaceful, modern, and super comfortable. We did half board, and honestly, the food was outstanding. Every meal felt like a treat, both in quality and presentation. Most everything about the stay was perfect. If I had to nitpick, the plunge pool was more like a hot tub—it was too warm to be refreshing—but still nice to relax in. And while most of the staff were exceptional, service did vary a bit depending on who was on shift. Not a big deal, just something we noticed. Overall though, we had a fantastic time and would 100% return. It’s a beautiful, peaceful adults-only escape.

Beautiful private room and pool with a stunning sea view! The design of the hotel is absolutely amazing and we were very positively impressed by the quality of…everything. The beach is just by the entrance and also there is a lot of great restaurants nearby. Definitely recommend this place and will add it to my travel favorites ♥️

Room was next level loved it, patio and plunge pool stunning. Ate at the restaurant every night, food was beautiful and the staff very attentive and polite. Manos the young lad on reception was just a lovely guy and very helpful. Overall a perfect stay. Thank you

TLDR great people and location. Top quality suites with only minor trivial complaints The Room The room was beautiful. The use and amount of space was perfect. Plenty of life simplifying add-ons like buttons to open/close curtains. Lovely big terrace with a plunge pool. Some jets did kit work in the pool but no big deal. Great sized bathroom with good facilities. The only drawback was the rain shower lacked pressure and was quite small for the size of the shower The service Service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Could not ask for more at all The location Beautiful location right by the sea, access to many amenities within a short distance. A little out of the way from all of the tourists in Heraklion

It offers easy access to beautiful beaches and charming local shops, cozy bars and other restaurants 7. **Value for Money** Considering the high level of service, comfort, and amenities, the suites offer excellent value for money. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. 8. **Personal Touches** We appreciated the small touches, like the welcome drink upon arrival and the locally inspired decor that made the experience feel special. 9. **Food Quality and Dining Experience** The dining experience at Castello Infinity Suites was outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of fresh, delicious options, and the dinner menu featured exquisite dishes that showcased local ingredients. Every meal was a delightful and we even dare to say 'mindblowing' experience, complemented by excellent service.
