Akrolithi Guesthouse

Rock and wood elements everywhere in this charming guesthouse. The location is perfect, overlooking the sea! Had requested an early check-in and was pleased to get it once we arrived. Breakfast was included with local Mani delicacies with homemade jams and it was perfect, before our escapade to the beach. The hosts were so sweet and accommodating. Will definitely consider coming back the next time and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for making our Mani experience memorable!

A wonderful place with great nature and the friendliest owners ! You can enjoy your morning breakfast at a beautiful scene with sparrows flying will you listen to the sounds of the waves from above ! Great cocktails and food that makes you wanna stay inside with your friends or lover !! I totally recommend it for everyone ! Roads are very easy to access and cheap, also there is a parking inside the establishment!!

Amazing boutique hotel in one of the most beautiful spots of Greece! Our room, that was build in the authentic style of Mani houses (local architecture), had a great view on the bay of Karavostasi. The family hosting the hotel is super helpful and warm and provides delicious Greek breakfast. Via the hotel we were also able to have a nice Private boat trip with the charming guide Pierros who showed us The different caves of the surroundings. Loved it!!!

The room was very beautiful and clean, it also has a small balcony with great sea view. The location is convenient, only 5 min by car from Limeni, although is isolated. What we didn't like at all was the staff attitude. We found the lady that was at the Reception and the breakfast area to be quite abrupt and not helpful. She was quite rude on the phone when we called before our arrival to ask if the room would be ready when we reach. We didn't push her, we just asked in order to organise our day without putting any pressure on her. It was just a question so to know if we should go to the beach and go to the hotel later that the room would be ready and we were kind of attacked by her to be patient. When later we asked for some watter - as there was none in the fridge and you needed to get your car to reach any shop- she told us again with an attitude to go to the Reception that is in their other building and not were our room was, when you had to walk during a heatwave with 45 degrees. I didn't ask to get the water for free, I just expect that when you pay that amount of money for a room, you should have water in your fridge that I am happy to pay for. Or at least to get a nice and polite reply when you ask for it. Overall it is a very nice boutique hotel but I don't think it worth the money for the service you get.

Our stay could not have been nicer here! The two owner/managers were so kind and helpful. Panagiota is a Saint! She constantly asked if all was well and if she could do something more for you. The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, great value, with crazy nice views of the sea. Homemade breakfasts are over the top delicious and the view from breakfast is fabulous! You won't find two nicer people who are considerate of their guests. We would stay here over and over and over again! Big Mahalo Nui Loa to Panagiota and Michael!!
