On the side of an olive tree-clad hill, in the village of Lagadakia, Zante, a mere 8 Kms from the island's capital, with an exquisite view to the tree-covered plains, we respected tradition, we added a touch of luxury, and created the unique stone Varvarigos Agrikia Villa.

The Villa consists of three independent apartments. Each apartment has got a fireplace, Jacuzzi, and ample space, fully furnished and elegantly decorated. The swimming pool allows the guests to cool down and relax in an atmosphere of amazing natural beauty, watching the eternal blue of the Ionian Sea.

The area is an ideal choice for guests to explore it with hiking, mountain biking, strolling to the surrounding areas. This place is magical. How to explain something this perfect. Amazing. Magnificat. Away from loud and hectic crowd. Up on top of the mountain overlooking the sea all around almost. Surrounded by olive trees. Pool cleaned daily, rooms cleaned daily. We had an amazing time and if we were to visit Zakynthos again we would definitely come here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the best stay here in a villa with a superb view over the island and all accommodation facilities one can wish for. The house is very nice and with only three apartments in a single villa, there is always enough room and calm at the very nice swimming pool. We also took the breakfast offered by the owners and we were not disappointed (maybe even too much to eat every morning). The rooms and the environment are cleaned every day. Also a good central place to start discovering all parts of the island. Definitely recommend this one.

A fantastic structure in an unique location among old olive trees, with a fantastic view overlooking half of the island. Quality and luxury holiday homes with all comfort needef, and very kind owners, highly reccomended for those who love tranquility and want to have a unique vacation. Google maps can misled you, go to the end of the road :)

We loved our stay in Agrikia. Situated beautifully on a plateau, it has great views and a very relaxing ambience, while the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The stone apartment was very nice with deft design touches and sleep was comfortable. The owners, Mrs. Maria and Mr. Kostas, were super helpful, providing us with valuable insider tips. A big thank you – we really enjoyed it.
