Cancelation Policy

<ul><li>Up to 30 days before the service start date:</li><li>We refund the reservation deposit minus any transaction fees that are charged by the banks or by PayPal or by any payment gateway/method that has been used.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date at no cost. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking.</li><li>If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the service start date:</li><li>We refund 50% of the reservation deposit.</li><li>50% of the reservation deposit is charged as cancellation fee.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date with a fee of 25% of the reservation deposit. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking, and you may only re-book once with no cost.</li><li>If you cancel 14 – 10 days before the service start date:</li><li>We refund 30% of the reservation deposit.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">70% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.</li><li>If you cancel 10 – 8 days before the service start date:</li><li>We refund 20% of the reservation deposit.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">80% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.</li><li>If you cancel 7 days and less, before the service start date:</li><li>No refunds are to be made.</li><li>The 100% of the money paid are charged.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">We strongly recommend that you obtain trip cancellation insurance from an insurance company.</li></ul>
