Built in 2020, the brand-new luxurious Radisson Blu Euphoria Resort, brings together 5-star facilities, breathtaking location and impeccable service. The 34 suites and rooms combine the luxury of the Cycladic tradition with modern comforts and luxury amenities. All the suites and suites boast a private veranda most of which with panoramic island sea views. Most of the suites feature their own outdoor jet tub or private swimming pool.

    This was our second time choosing this hotel, mainly because of the stunning sea view that left a great impression during our first stay. We booked a room with a sea view and a jacuzzi, but upon arrival, we were given a room with a less impressive view, no sun loungers on the balcony, and some rust on the floor. At first, our request to change the room was declined, which was a bit disappointing, but later the hotel manager kindly accommodated us and offered a truly wonderful room — exactly what we were hoping for. We’re very grateful for the help and excellent customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast was tasty and varied. Housekeeping was done twice a day, which was a lovely touch. Thanks to the team’s responsiveness and willingness to resolve issues, we left very satisfied and will definitely return next season. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

    This is my third year staying at this hotel — and not by chance. What keeps bringing me back is the exceptional team behind it all. From the hotel manager to the housekeeping staff, everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. Their warm smiles, attention to detail, and outstanding service make every stay special. It’s rare to find such consistency and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone who values comfort and truly caring service.

    Filthy rooms, rude staff, broken refund promise after we agreed with hotel manager we will check out 2 nights before– avoid at all costs. We checked in on August 21, 2025, and the room was shockingly dirty for a so-called 5-star hotel: trash left inside, dead insects on the floor, stained and filthy bathroom that didn’t drain, dirty tables, and unclean floors. Completely unacceptable. When we asked for cleaning, the receptionist who was already very arrogant and hostile to us when we checked in, told us that that was impossible but we insisted on getting someone to come see and clean the room. She sent housekeeping and the first housekeeper yelled at us for requesting the bathroom to be cleaned and stormed out because she only changed bedding. We went to the reception to ask for proper cleaning and some supervisor to come check the room to wich, Eva, the receptionist told us she had more important things to do but we insisted and a second cleaner came but the bathroom and floors were still left dirty. At this time we had already lost 3 hours of our vacation dealing with rude receptionist, housekeeping and a filthy room. We also mentioned that the bathtub outside was filthy and we were told someone will check in the morning. As cleaners left our room I could just start crying as I was treated so poorly by them and we just wanted to relax but instead we spent 3 hours like this and could not even use the bathtub in the room, reason for specifically requesting that room. Then suddenly a stranger was in our balcony. We asked him and he said he came to see the pool as requested by us. We told him they informed us he would come in the morning not now and that we were surprise on how easy was to get to our private balcony without us knowing. This created a even more stress about this hotel, lack of safety as anybody could enter the balcony and our room. We called Radisson Blu customer service and the staff there were fantastic and assisted in all possible ways. He understood our will to check out from this hotel and we requested if we could just get a refund and book elsewhere. He said he had not power to do so as they needed the confirmation from the hotel manager and he asked us to speak to him asap the morning after. The next morning (August 22), when the manager finally arrived, he immediately agreed the situation was unacceptable and personally promised us a full refund of the room, including the €45 tax, worth mentioning that only 5 star hotels have this tax, and instructed us to check out and book another hotel. Based on his word, we left and paid for new accommodation. On August 23 at 10:03, he even confirmed the refund by email. But later that same day at 20:17, he withdrew his promise and refused to refund, hiding behind “non-cancellable rate” excuses — after we had already moved. This hotel is dirty, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. Rooms are nowhere near 5-star quality, staff are rude and confrontational, and management cannot be trusted. Stay far away from this Radisson Blu.

    It's a beautiful hotel away from the busyness of downtown Mykonos. Perfect for relaxing. Great views; nice balconies; amenities including slippers, robes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and shower products; in-room coffee and water. But what makes this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in was the most hospitable, loving customer service. Elsa was like a Greek mother to me - taking care of me, going above and beyond to offer her absolute best in love. I also thank the staff including the manager Stefanos and staff including Helen, Panos, and George for their warm smiles and accommodating service. I would stay here again just to see the wonderful people and would give it 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work and sharing your warm, genuine Greek love with the world!

    A stunning hotel perched above a breathtaking coastline. Spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and a fantastic bar — all designed and executed to perfection. The experience exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Elsa, the wonderful woman who helped us so kindly and provided invaluable information about the island — truly worth more than money. I will see you again for sure ♥️
