Old mansions belonging to prominent Jewish families, synagogues, shopping galleries, banks and other buildings that survived the Nazi German occupation, various demolitions carried out over the years, as well as the wear of time, stand to highlight the robust presence of Thessaloniki’s Jewish community, 96 percent of which perished as a result of the Holocaust. Though most surviving buildings are nowadays used for different purposes, they remain loaded with memories of the past.

Cancelation Policy

  • Up to 30 days before the service start date:
  • We refund the reservation deposit minus any transaction fees that are charged by the banks or by PayPal or by any payment gateway/method that has been used.
  • Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date at no cost. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking.
  • If you cancel 29 to 15 days before the service start date:
  • We refund 50% of the reservation deposit.
  • 50% of the reservation deposit is charged as cancellation fee.
  • Alternatively, you may postpone/re-book for a future date with a fee of 25% of the reservation deposit. The rebooking must take place at the same time that you request to cancel the 1st booking, and you may only re-book once with no cost.
  • If you cancel 14 – 10 days before the service start date:
  • We refund 30% of the reservation deposit.
  • 70% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel 10 – 8 days before the service start date:
  • We refund 20% of the reservation deposit.
  • 80% of the cost is charged as a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel 7 days and less, before the service start date:
  • No refunds are to be made.
  • The 100% of the money paid are charged.
  • We strongly recommend that you obtain trip cancellation insurance from an insurance company.
