We got a much smaller room advertised. The booking was back in May. They advertised parking on premises but the parking was in different building at a different location. Swimming pool and bar was advertised but it wasn't available. Spa was advertised but as well was not available. All and all the room was the biggest disappointment. Never again. Save you money and choose an Airbnb.

Fantastic location, not only for Business but also for Holidays. Theoxenia is a very nice hotel both main building as well as the residential area are modern, clean aswell as cosy. Surrounding full of Restaurants and a small park, nice pool and a very good breakfast area.

Very poor sense of service from the bell boy at organising a taxi that never shows up but repeatedly said he would be there in 5 min. I have never ever been to a hotel that claims it’s 5 stars when in fact it’s a two stars. The bell boy should be fired for retarded sense of services and logic. The rest of infrastructure are descent, but cheap decoration, poor mattresses where you feel the metal springs. The carpet in corridor is filthy. The breakfast was nice. The location is nice, so is the pool area. Overall this is a 3 stars by other standards.

Tragic stay! 👎👎👎Paid extra 30€ for an upgrade of the room and then realized we were offered the same room as the basic only in a more expensive way 😆 We also paid for another 25€ /person (we were 4) for the spa facilities in which we knew there was a heated indoor pool. Well, that was not the case actually. The Hamam area did not produce any steam and the pool was incredibly COLD. The staff from the restaurant took pictures of us while we were trying to eat breakfast and when I confronted them they said they were just trying to take a photo from one of their colleagues behind me. Rude Managers with no respect for the customers and poor after sales service. We contacted after all the incidents to explain what happened and they offered us a free day at the spa . Although I appreciate the try, it is kind of awkward to offer the same service that disappointed us in the first place and actually do not want to visit again . In addition, we requested for a refund of the spa fees , as we didn't actually use it. Of course they refused 👈👎👎👎

Beautiful hotel. Quiet and remote location in more of a residential area. Wouldn't really recommend staying so far as a tourist.. But the hotel itself is lovely, really pretty, rooms are massive and food in the restaurant is bloomin delicious. There's also lots of other restaurant choices within close walking distance.
