They refused to place two small items that were left behind in the room into an standard-sized envelope so that a courier service could collect them. This simple request, which would have required minimal effort on their part, was outright denied!!

The staff needs training. Management needs more hands-on or needs training, too. Also, a handyman with skills would be useful..

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked well in advance, and the hotel confirmed everything without issue. After traveling from another country, we arrived expecting a smooth process, but it was anything but. At check-in, we were repeatedly interrupted every five minutes to sign different documents, which was already frustrating. Despite accepting payment with a different card during the booking process, three hours after check-in, the staff demanded a picture of the cardholder, claiming they made a mistake on their end. This was their error, yet we were left dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, the service was horrendous, and the staff showed no willingness to help. We ultimately had no choice but to search for another hotel at the last minute. The entire experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s the worst hotel experience imaginable.

An OK plqce to stay. Service is less than 1 star as there was NO service. Location is good and the suite I stayed in was not bad. I would definitely not go back there as I wasn’t expecting such a low level of service. Be careful if you are booking a suite with breakfast because the suites are in a walking distance building from the main hotel!!! You need to consider extra time in the morning to have breakfast which is another annoying issue

A beautiful boutique hotel with massive high ceilings , mini balconies & luxurious comfort . The only downside for us was a lack of kettle in the room , you have to order coffee which comes from the Theoxenia Palace Hotel about 50m away . Passing traffic is a little heavy but the double glazing pretty much blocks it out though crossing the road is always a seat of the pants adventure . The staff are generally lovely & more than happy to help , Fotis being one of the best members of staff , he was just brilliant . It's located in a affluent suburb if Athens & a 20-30 min taxi drive away from the centre of Athens , so perfect for access to Plaka , Monasteraki , The Acropolis etc .
