Great value for money. The housekeeping team was amazing – the room was spotless every day, with fresh towels, clean bed linens, and even our dishes washed daily. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great service at a reasonable price.

I appreciated: + The location and two big supermarkets close by. + Early check in + They answered fast on Whatsapp + Balcony (and nice mountain view, actually little bit sea view as well if you're lucky) + Cooking plates + Big fridge + Hot water in shower Did not like: - Reception open, not open, open... - Basically no parking - Missing kitchenwear, no kettle, pan, few plates, no coffee cups... - Only one chair on balcony and direct view to neighbour - Lousy wifi - Awful bathroom with shower curtains - Stairs Overall good value for money. Just don't expect too much.

The host is extremely incorrect. I texted him in the morning to tell him the approximate check-in time was 7 pm, and he replied at 4:10 pm that there was an error in their system and we would be accommodated at the Patrai Hotel in Lefkada Town. Literally at the last minute he told me that we would be accommodated in another city. He was answering very slowly and I was tense the whole time because I didn't know if this was all a scam or true. He gave me the contact details of the Patrai Hotel host, but she didn't answer. We arrived in front of the hotel and she didn't pick up the phone. We had just given up and on the 3rd ring she picked up and came. She checked us in and we decided to take a shower and there was almost no water. The pressure was so low that the toilet water couldn't be flushed. The shower didn't work, only the tap under it worked, which barely flowed. After a whole day of walking on beaches, we managed to rinse ourselves off with great difficulty. Very unprofessional attitude from Dimitris. He ruined our plans without even asking us if we would be comfortable being accommodated in this city.

Very good hotel for a small price. The stuff is very friendly and good reachable. The location is perfect. Close to the water and very close to the shops and restaurants, but also not too close - so it is not loud. We had a nice balkony with nice viwe and a clean kitchen and bathroom. We love the birds- Jonny and Trudel. :-D

Cleanliness was perfect! The lady changed our bed linen every day! Well done!
