Brand newly renovated apartments and building. The apartments are very nice and modern, just like on the photos. The location is perfect for Glyfada. We would however recommend booking a room with "a garden view" as the tram and street can be rather loud for people that are sensitive to sound. The apartment at itself is very clean, but there were a few hairs on the floor everywhere, which slightly disturbed us. Other than that we had the feeling that it was missing a few finishing touches. For example: there was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang clothes nor an iron or ironing board. There was a nespresso machine, but no capsules (2-4 would have been nice). The bathroom and shower are nice, but a holdster for the shower (or a real shower) would be great. All in all it is a very nice apartment and we would definitely recommend to stay here (especially for longer stays!) and would definitely stay here again in the future. The price-performance is very good too.

Clean and modern accommodations at reasonable prices, all in the most ideal location of Glyfada.

Hot water for shower only lasts for maximum 5 minutes!!! Cannot even take a full shower with hot water. Ridiculous! So noisy as you can hear every traffic, car, tram noises from the main road. Lack of privacy since you can't open curtains or windows otherwise everyone on the streets saw you. Also impossible to use balcony due to privacy. But if not it's facing garden you can still all the noises from the lobby area and all the loud noises whenever who enters into the building since after you entered the code that will make a really loud annoying noise Didn't sleep well at all during my 3 nights stay. Extremely disappointing and expensive Doesn't worth it at all!

The apartments are super clean and fully equipped! The location is central, just a 5 minute car ride from the Athenian Riviera beaches. Amazing place, super friendly and helpful staff! During our stay there we felt safe, we had our peace and quiet and avoided staying at a crowded hotel. Moreover, there are great food spots very close. Totally recommend for every type of traveler.
