We’re giving a full 5 out of 5 stars – and we mean it! The location was fantastic – just about 1.5 to 2 km walking distance to everything, with supermarkets and delicious restaurants right nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped: a super comfortable bed, stylish furniture, and truly everything you could need – from an oven, cutlery, even a coffee machine, and yes… a huge knife to cut melon! A special shout-out to the staff – incredibly kind, always helpful, and made us feel completely welcome. Their support really made a difference in our stay. And one of the sweetest surprises: Every evening from around 9–10 PM, there were lots of adorable cats gathering in the square across the street. We loved feeding them – it was an absolute dream for cat lovers! 🐾 One thing is certain: For our next visit to Athens, this apartment is a MUST! 💯

Conveniently located apartments with friendly front office. Units not very large, the 4 person room we booked in reality only 3 beds.

Good vaule for money. Had a wonderful time. Loved the 11am checked out. Had air con!! A must. Checked us in early so didnt have to carry bags around. Only snall issue i had was the dark hair in my bed. Not mine as i am blonde. I would of asked to redo the bed but i could not be bothered in the end.

I spent 5 days, arrived at 2:00 pm on a Saturday, and left Wednesday morning. The room is clean, extremely clean actually. I had a nice view from my room to the city and the acropolis. Coffee, tea, water, fridge and a water heater were provided. Towels and shower gels were also provided. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Location from a distance perception is really good, it is 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Gazi, Plaka and other areas. However there were lots of homeless and junky people around the neighborhood, could be intimidating for solo travelers. The receptionist was not friendly honestly.. he printed me a paper and told me here are the instructions, read them. Before looking at the paper, I simply asked if there is a card for the room, and he was like… “READ the INSTRUCTIONS.. we use codes not card” with a tone 🤣🤣🤣 I have been traveling for 6 hours or more, tired and hungry, I don't feel like reading 2 pagers with an upside down print .. sorry ☺️ would have been totally fine for the receptionist to take it easy and just briefly explain the system… anyways .. all in all my stay was good .. Thank you 🙏🏻🇬🇷❣️ And based on their response to my feedback, I believe that they not only need to refine their services -when possible- but also need to work on their English as well, using the word “rude” to answer my feedback is a bit inappropriate especially that my feedback was fair and respectful. The bald receptionist needs a serious attitude adjustment: rude, then tries to gaslight you to put it his provocative attitude back on you. Eventually stonewalled me when I asked to speak to his manager. Find someone competent to work with people. +++++ Update to response: • Your towels had stains of feces on them, which you can see on the attached photo taken at your establishment. That's why I returned them. • I'm a non-smoker. When your housekeeping proceeded into the room uninvited, they failed to differentiate between an electric toothbrush and a cigarette (much smaller, emitting smoke). Attached is a photo of the former to support the required staff training at Connect Studios & Apartments. I did yell at reception once they failed to address my complaints and instead requested me to leave a deposit. Looks like the need for training is more pervasive than just courtesy. Good luck!
