Santorini Soul

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of this place. Upon arrival, it seemed like the property hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. There was dust on several surfaces, and the floors felt sticky. The bathroom had some mold in the corners, and the shower could have been cleaner. To make matters worse, I even saw a cockroach in the room. On top of that, the hosts were not at all friendly or welcoming. They didn’t seem to care about the issues I raised, which made the experience even worse. I really think the hosts should pay more attention to both cleanliness and guest comfort!

We had to rebook this hotel 3 times because of COVID restrictions. On the third time we booked, the hotel told us we could not rebook and that they were cancelling our reservation. We paid $3500 CAD and we were not able to go. The owners would not refund any of the money stating that they needed that money for hold fees. The booking was done through Airbnb and since she cancelled the reservation after the first time, they could not refund our money because she did not abide by their rules. She stated that she lost bookings because of the cancellations but each time I gave notice months in advance. Canada wouldn’t let us leave the country! Truly disappointed and if I ever get to the island I will not go anywhere near this business.

Perfect View and the interior of the villa is modern and beautiful. We loved the jacuzzi! Keep in mind cause the villa is a bit outside of the the centre of santorini a rented car is recommended.

Great stay for my trip in April, besides the long walk up to the room. Short drive from the Villa to all the hotspots and I definitely enjoyed my host!
