Extraordinary quality of service, Maria is hands down the best host you could dream of, always proactive and keen on making your life easier. The suites are very nicely decorated, close to the beach, isolated from the crowds and yet relatively easily accessible from anywhere on the island (we even became attached to the bumpy rocky road). The cuisine is amazing too. It’s a no-brainer for holidays, just better to have a car!

A hidden gem in Kythnos, peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully design. We recently stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel in Kythnos and were truly impressed. With only a handful of suites, each featuring a private pool, the property offers an intimate and serene experience that’s slightly off the beaten path, and all the better for it. Having stayed in many hotels with private pools, we noticed the small touches that elevated the experience here: high-quality linens, soft and fluffy towels, and thoughtful design choices that enhance comfort and privacy. For example, the WC featured a proper door — not just a glass panel — offering real insulation and a welcome sense of seclusion within the suite. The owners were exceptionally kind and attentive, always happy to accommodate our requests and make our stay more comfortable. While the food was excellent -particularly the rich and varied breakfast served in-room at your preferred time (with over 15 options including avocado toast, scrambled eggs, and shakshuka) - what truly stood out was the quality of the staff itself. You can reach the hotel either by car or by boat, but if you have the option, I would definitely recommend arriving by boat, it adds a sense of adventure and perfectly matches the secluded charm of the place. This hotel has clearly been created with care and a deep understanding of what makes a stay feel effortless and luxurious. We would absolutely return.

We recently spent seven nights at this beautiful new hotel on the island of Kythnos and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. At first, we were a bit hesitant as it’s a brand-new property with no reviews at the time of booking — but the moment we arrived, any doubts disappeared. From the moment we were welcomed by Mrs Maria, her husband, and the lovely team, we felt genuinely cared for. Their warmth and hospitality were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. Every detail had been thought through — from the welcome treats in the room to the personalised care throughout our stay. Communication with the hotel was also incredibly smooth. They have a dedicated WhatsApp number, which made everything effortless — from food and beach service to general requests at any time of day. It made the whole experience feel seamless and thoughtful. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and offered complete privacy — with stunning views, a private pool, and interiors that reflect thoughtful design (something I really appreciate as an interior designer). The entire space felt like a peaceful haven. Breakfast was a daily highlight. Rather than a typical buffet, we were treated to a curated menu that changed daily — always fresh, always delicious, and more than generous. You’ll never get bored of the food here. The hotel also offers access to a beautiful, quiet beach just before the more well-known Kolona Beach. They provide sunbeds and umbrellas, and even offer buggy transport down with beachside food and drink service — a truly luxurious touch. This has been one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we’ve ever had. I’m so grateful we found this gem and will absolutely be returning. I’ve already started recommending it to friends — it’s that good.
