Kores Boutique Hotel & Spa Ioannina

Staying for two nights, my wife, eight-year-old daughter, and I had a great stay! We booked the family suite online months in advance and got the exact suite we booked. The room was clean, spacious, and slept four of us comfortably. Every morning, we received a breakfast spread- yogurt, toast, eggs, bacon, filtered coffee, and more. It was the right amount of food and variety. There's a restaurant on site and our daughter enjoyed the 8 euro cheese pizza. It's filling! The favorite was the pool and spa! Our daughter loved the pool and its warm water. The three adults got a massage, which was affordable and nice. And you can't beat the views! Stunning!

I booked and paid for the Executive Suite. Upon checking the accommodation provided was a standard room. They refused to acknowledge a problem even when shown photos and details from the listing. They refused to offer the room rate to a standard room. I had to have my credit card company intervene. Terrible desk service to deny and evade this in the presence of photos, screenshots still present on the website. Also, the Gym is a treadmill tucked in a corner. The shower curtain does not cover the tub enclosure. Water sprays onto the floor. The hot and cold tap is connected backwards. Attention to detail and truth is in absence.

Spacious, accessible rooms with thoughtful amenities, welcoming staff always ready to help, and breathtaking mountain views make this stay comfortable and enjoyable for every guest, including those with mobility needs.

This is one of the best places to stay. The views are stunning and the place is of a very high standard. Had the signature massage and Elena did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place 100%

HORRIBLE service at the restaurant! We only used the restaurant as we were not staying at this hotel. We went to eat lunch at the Kores restaurant for Christmas and oh what a mistake that was. First of all, we had booked our table two weeks before, yet when we arrived, it was like they knew nothing of the booking, even though we had a written confirmation email. We ordered 2 risottos for starters, and they brought us only one. The waiter said he had heard wrongly when we ordered and that we had only to wait for 10 minutes for them to prepare the other risotto. After 10 minutes, the same guy appeared with our main courses! My wife was still eating her risotto and I was still waiting for mine! He had said the risotto was coming, so why appear with the two main courses instead? She had to speedily eat her starter to begin with her main, while I sent mine back because I wanted to eat the risotto first since it was a starter. After another ten minutes, the waiter came back with my risotto. My wife had almost finished her main course by this time. While I ate my starter, the guy continued hovering behind me like he wanted to hurry me up. I really felt uncomfortable. Meanwhile, my wife finished eating by the time they brought me my main course. I mean honestly, they ruined our Christmas lunch because technically we didnt even eat together. Re the food itself, the risotto was nice but honestly the meat left much to be desired. The beef tagliata was very dry and the pork was not cooked well in the middle and dripping in oil. Not worth the price. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
