The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The shower was broken, and the bathroom was very small. The staff was okay, and the location was excellent, within walking distance to city sights.

If I could give the hotel 6 stars, I would! Wonderful location, wonderful decorations, awesome clean rooms, and breakfast to die for (served in your room!!) I was especially impressed that they had a stair lift from ground to the top floor! I am definitely visiting again!!

Had to visit Ioannina for business and chose lodging based on distance to my everyday meetings. Was happy to find clean, roomy and cozy rooms! Breakfast was rather simple, hence the 4 stars, but the staff was super friendly and professional!

Very cozy place on fantastic location. Nicely decorated rooms, modern and clean, but in our 2 rooms apartment one of the rooms didn’t have window, and other had little terrace with doors overlooked very busy crossroads that could be a bit noisy during the day. Breakfast was served in the room, but still included eggs, pie, cereals, bread, honey etc. Just minutes from the city Centre and castle. If you’re visiting Ioannina, or just staying overnight on your way to Greek seaside - this is excellent choice.

My room was small but other rooms that I saw were a bit bigger. The rooms are new. The breakfast space is very limited. The option to have breakfast in room is offered. The breakfast was very good but I wasn't served coffee. The location is very convenient but no parking space. Parking can be rather difficult depending on the time of the day. I would stay again but chose a bigger room.
