Iraklion Hotel Crete

This hotel should be one star at the most. It's a disgrace both for Greece and Crete. We have only spend one night before starting our vacation but we felt quite miserable. Rooms are furnished with some old office like furniture. Felt like it was cleaned last month. Bathroom look awful. Shower without curtains. External aircondition unit was so loud it was like we had bus parked on the balcony. Balcony was dirty full of water from aircondition unit woth two lousy chairs and table. We ran away before breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this place not even as an escape from the prison.

Very nice hotel with easy asces from airport just 20min.via bus (many lines past here) Also very nice guy on reception he was very helpful and nice.Recomendation. Room are clean and you have everything close to hotel market,fast food... Also bed its very comfortable.

The only pro of this hotel is the location, close to the center and with the airport bus stop right in front. For the rest, it is a dilapidated place. The bathroom had a broken shower holder and a missing toilet flush button. The room had furniture full of stains of all kinds. Some stains were large and downright disgusting looking. The chair and curtains were dirty as well. The floor was dirty and was never cleaned. There were also exposed electrical cables, covered with insulating tape. Certainly not the best for those with children. In my opinion, this is unacceptable, in particular for the price.

Pretty good hotel. A bit outside of the old town, it feels more like a standard hotel than a lot of the other boutique hotels in the old town area. Every room has a balcony which is nice, and the continental breakfast had a lot of options at the buffet table. Desk staff were quick to help with any problems including getting an extra room key and arranging taxis. The shower felt very small and the curtain kept getting stuck on me every time I turned around, but it seems like a lot of the showers in Greece are fairly small.

Friendly staff, clean rooms & centrally located!!! Decent breakfast.
