Heliades comprises of four 80 sq. meter townhomes and one 45 sq. meter one-bedroom apartment. All units offer views on the sea. Two townhomes and the apartment face South-Southwest opening on the bay of Molyvos, the Harbor, and the North Aegean. A third townhome faces North-Northwest towards the North Aegean and the straits with Turkey to the North. The Final Unit faces North-Northeast towards the straits of Turkey and Molyvos’ castle.

Next to Heliades it is Molyvos Manor, a three bedroom home with private swimming pol, part of a large home built on 1926. This home is also available for online booking.

I have been in many Greece Islands and this is the best place I have stayed so far. There is an amazing sea view, all the necessities are provided in the kitchen. There were 2 bedrooms and to bathrooms in our home. There is a parking lot in front of the house. Everything was pretty clean. The owner, Vasillis is a very kind and helpful guy. The location is perfect, only 150 meters away from the seaside. There is only a small downside. The internet connection is a little bit poor. Except this, everything was amazing. There is no doubt that I will be staying here if I visit Molyvos in the future again.

Paradise within a Paradise. This place is a gem of a spot in Molyvos. Wonderful location, quiet street, 2 min to the harbor and its plentiful restaurants. This is a modern place with all the amenities like WiFi and laundry on-site. The care taker is very responsive, attentive to every need and resourceful. This is an excellent place for families with little children as well. Must stay.

Location is just 50m to the sea front restaurants with great sea food and budget menu. We have stayed at the dublex one with great balcony and Molyvos view. Private parking is also available. 2night was 200€.
