Very disappointing experience – I do not recommend! If you don’t want to regret your holiday, do not book here. The service was far below what you would expect for the price paid. The staff was irresponsible and showed a complete lack of care – they make promises before taking your money, but once you’ve paid, they stop responding to complaints. The rooms were not clean, the air conditioning didn’t work and we got no explanation or solution. The fridge was broken, the bathroom was not hygienic, and cleaning staff didn’t come every day. The food was terrible – the same dishes were served for both lunch and dinner with no variety at all. Breakfast was poor with very limited options. This was one of the worst vacation experiences I’ve ever had. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

An Absolute Disaster – Avoid at All Costs! I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with my recent stay at this so-called 5-star resort in Greece. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was not a professional or guest-oriented establishment — and certainly nowhere near 5-star quality.

Terrible place, terrible! The food was disgusting, and the drinks smelled like toilet! For 5* hotel, I would expect my room to be cleaned daily, but this did not happen. The bathrobe was ribbed, and the phone in the room didn't work to reach the reception. The pool was not clean and was working on and off. The beach line was also not good. The village has nothing really to offer as entertainment. Also, there is no allocated kids' place whatsoever. On top of all, there is 15 euro daily tax because the hotel has 5*

The worst hotel I’ve ever been. There was a problem with the toilet in my bathroom and even after I complained twice there was still no reaction. The food wasn’t fresh, the rooms were dirty, there was no parking spots, and the whiskey that they served for the Ultra All Inclusive was very cheap and unknown brand.

Please ignore negative reviews, I've almost canceled my family vacation because of it.... Rooms are ok - clean, spacious, air conditioned, wifi Food & drink service is exactly what you can expect from Greek all inclusive hotels - there are varieties & choices to pick from and you definetly won't be hungry, but do NOT expect luxury of choice like in Turkey for e.g. Beach is phenomenal, all sand, no stones, water is clear and not deep for small kids Only reason I'm not giving 5 is because, they shouldn't call themselvs 'Resort' - there aren't major activities, waterslides, there is only one small swiming pool etc. But you can definetly enjoy your family vacation time here without any worries about food, hygiene, workers (:
