Welcome to Pavloudis Apartments
In the beautiful settlement of Psakoudia (Sithonia, Chalkidiki, Greece) the place where we were born, raised and love, we created a complex of apartments and studios.
There are 3 double studios that can accommodate up to 3 person with an extra bed, 2 triple studios and 4 apartments with a lounge-kitchen and a bedroom.
Our rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, with all amenities, overlooking the lush landscaped garden and will make you feel truly like at home.

Let your children play carefree on the playground while enjoying your coffee and surfing the Net.
For those of you who want to keep fit there is a fully equiped gym where you can work out for free and take advice about training and nutrition.

You can park safely your car in the private shaded parking.
The sea is just 5 minutes away on foot , while a few meters away you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants .
We are sure that you will find here the ideal place for an enjoyable and relaxing holidays.

Everything was absolutely GREAT at Pavloudis Apartments. We stayed in apartment nr 9 with a great view to the backyard and a very large and confortable terrace with table and chairs. We had a bedroom with a most confortable matress on the bed and a living room with 2 expendable sofas. The kitchen was equiped with all that you can possibly need to cook and serve meals, large fridge and all the glassware and dishes you need. The service was impecable, sheets and towels changed every other day, cleaning every day, mousquidos nests and repellent solution plugged in power sockets. The owner lady Nadia is very kind and wellcoming. We highly reccommend staying at Pavloudis apartments, very close to the beach and 2 minutes walk from a supermarket. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Very clean establishment, they offered us wine and fresh fruit on our arrival. The room was sizeable with all amenities required for a long stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, real Greek hospitality! The room was cleaned regularly, and everything was beyond expectations, especially compared to other apartments I was in. Much closer to a hotel than to private apartemnt in service. The whole building is quite new and in a goog position, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need for a good vacation, my full recommendation!

Sparkly clean ! We are usually taking care to get in locations where cleanless is on the first and here is one of the spots. Also the studio was quite big for 2 people. This is one of the 2 best in Greece by now from this point of view. Host helpfull, also gave me information about surroundings. From location point of view, the beaches in the close area are not the ones with sparkly blue water, to get there you need to drive aprox 20 mins; here, walking 10 mins there is a looong of few km sandy beach with clean water. Easy to find and quiet, has also a big yard, good for children, with toys ready for them.
