Absolute gem of a place, great location overlooking the crystal clear sea. Lovely sea water pool on site. Rooms all look out to sea with everything you need and the breakfast is great. Staff all go out of their way to help. Just one note of caution for those that are less mobile as the hotel is situated on a steep hill and the rooms are spread about the hill, there are lots of steps down to the sea and a hill down or up to the breakfast room or pool, depending on where your room is.

I stayed here for three nights. While the location is amazing and the private beach on the rocks is a nice touch, there were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations, especially considering the price I paid. The bathroom design was also inconvenient—the shower had no doors, so water would splash everywhere each time we used it. On a positive note, the staff were always kind and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant overall.

Beautiful accommodation in Syvota/Sivota. Peacefully located with a magnificent view — lovely from our terrace, but even more breathtaking from the pool area. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we were kindly offered a drink at the pool bar while we waited. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, with a great shower. The pool bar is just around the corner, which is very convenient. There is also a small private beach with sun beds. Breakfast was excellent and once again served with an amazing view. Highly recommended if you’re planning to explore the Parga and Syvota area.

awesome location, rooms have some issues with maintenance but is serious understaffed when we are talking 4 star facility. They charging for 4 star facilities but neither the breakfast or the staffing or the room was on this level. Don't take me wrong the staff were polite and very dedicated, however when we arrived were nobody at the front desk because the lady had to do also the bellboys job and drive the guest at his room. Room had an awesome deck to enjoy a spectacular view but to access you need to go out the front door and make your way to the deck as instead having a door has window

Views of sea are great as hotel in on a Cliff Face. Stairs and steep gradients to climb everywhere !!!! The upstair rooms have roughly 15 steps, very very narrow stairwell that twists . TOTALLY inappropriate to stay if you have injuries or health issues or have small children . Cannot take large suitcases like 82cm heights 23 kg ones to upstairs rooms. Nothing of this nature is declared or mentioned in website or booking sites. They only mention upstairs rooms. There are stairs or uphill ramps to go to breakfast or pool or beach depending where your room is situated . Will never stay there again Totally deceiving the public
