Mixed bag but ultimately wouldn't stay again... Our room (room 04) was located right next to the reception and main entrance (literally 3 feet from the door) so you could hear everyone coming and going and every conversation in the reception, including the staff from the spa who would sit on a sofa a few feet away from our room door and chat; so not great in that respect. Next, the AC is controlled remotely by management. This is not explained but rather when you arrive the room is hot inside and the control panel for the AC displays the message "HL" which after googling means hardware lock. Upon asking the reception, they explained they would "come and take a look". Next, it is miraculously working but went off again less than an hour later so we had to ask again. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a tactic they use to save electricity. Not great. Our last negative was that the fridge light started flicking during the first night, lighting up the room like a strobe light. From reading other reviews this isn't the first time this has happened. The receptionist said that she would get a technician to look at it but ultimately it was not fixed throughout the remaining two days of our stay. Positives: the hotel is ideally located. Close to the city center and surprisingly not too noisy despite being near to several loud restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly despite comms being poor with regards to the AC controls and getting the fridge fixed. The room itself was fairly small but modern and comfortable.

The front desk staff seems more focused on pointing out what can’t be done rather than offering solutions or clear instructions. When we arrived around 10 PM, we were told check-in had ended—even though we had sent all our information via WhatsApp. The staff member’s tone was condescending and unhelpful. Upon finally entering our room, we found a large cockroach and later discovered ants all over the floor. We messaged the hotel and called twice—no response. With no assistance, we were forced to sleep in that room, and my friend was bitten by ants. We left early for a tour and didn’t reach anyone until after 7 AM, when someone finally answered and apologized. When we requested to change rooms, another staff member downplayed the issue and suggested it had already been resolved—which it hadn't. The roach was still there, and ants were on the bed and bathroom floor. Only then were we moved. Later, we messaged to ask about the pool. The response said it was open until 10 PM, with no mention of needing an appointment. When we arrived, the same staff member shouted that we couldn’t use it without a reservation and claimed someone booked it 20 minutes prior—this was never communicated, and it felt dishonest. She then escorted us out and claimed all of this had been explained during check-in, which absolutely did not happen. Currently staying at this hotel and our experience has been incredibly disappointing from the start. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. The customer service is poor, communication is unclear, and the attitude from some staff has made a bad situation worse. This hotel needs serious improvement in professionalism, cleanliness, and responsiveness

This is, by far and hands down, the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. If you like to sleep, this is not the hotel for you. You can hear the thumping of music at all (and I do mean all) hours of the night. You can also hear every movement and voice of people in the lobby outside of your room. There is no way we will ever stay here again.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and pretty. It looks like the photos. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. However, you have no control over your own heating/cooling. When we got there, the room was about 27° and we were unable to adjust it. I asked the receptionist and she changed it to 20°. At night, there is no staff. I woke up in the middle of the night with the same issue, set to 27 and it was boiling. I went to the libby, called the 24 hour number 7 times with no answer. I then changed the thermostat behind the staff desk myself. At this point, another guest staying in Room 5 heard me. He came our with the same problem so we together changed his setting too. This happened again the next night. Additionally, you cannot sleep in this hotel. PERIOD. It is so loud, we could hear the actual words to music until 4:30 this morning. I couldn't even sleep with earplugs. We have a 23 hour travel day today with no sleep at all. When people say that you cannot sleep, they are not exaggerating.

There was a very strong smell of mold in the room. We tried to open the balcony door, but it didn’t help because there was a smell of a restaurant kitchen outside. When we told the reception, they said there were no other rooms available and offered to check another hotel of theirs. The smell is unbearable, and this room should not have been offered to guests in the first place
