Utopia is located right across Kryoneri Beach, in the centre of Parga. It offers studios with views over the Ionian Sea and has a café- snack bar.

The air-conditioned Utopia studios are tastefully decorated in light tones and open out to private balconies. They all come with a flat-screen, satellite TV and a kitchenette with an electric kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Each unit is also equipped with a safety box and hairdryer.

The on-site bar serves continental and English breakfast, sandwiches, fresh fruit salads and ice creams, which you can enjoy at the covered terrace overlooking the sea.

Within a short drive, guests can visit the numerous, scenic beaches of the area. The port of Igoumenitsa connecting to the island of Corfu is 45 km away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay, The room we stayed in was a side room with sea view, The room was well equipped and comfortable with all you need for a self catering holiday, The hosts were magnificent nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel very welcome as did all the members of staff and of course Scooby the cat was always on hand to extend his own hospitality. Even if you don't stay here pop in to the snack bar for delicious breakfasts, ice creams, lunchtime snacks or a cold beer later on you won't be disappointed it certainly is Utopia !!!

Sadly they charge on the beach for the set of sunbeds (15€) on top of anything you order. The whole beach works like that, but there are some who charge only 10 €. On some you are not allowed to bring your drinks and food no matter of the sunbeds you paid for. I mean you could work with minimum consumption of 10€ per person for example.

Great place right on the beach. Sells, alcohol, ice cream and snacks like burger and chips, toast, etc. Stayed here a few times. Lovely family run apartments and snack bar.

Love this place for breakfast, croissant,jam etc juice and great coffee then on to the beach. Cafe staff always pleasant and friendly. See you in September,

Sunbeds from Utopia are 12€, but be careful! Next to Utopia's sunbeds (and those of the next bar) there is another bunch of sunbeds that look exactly the same but cost 15€ without any clear identification or sign. Don't sit on those, the guy is basically scamming tourists that think those sunbeds are also 12€ or part of Utopia until they sit down, + he's also super racist (started assuming which country we are from and then kicked us out, preferring Dutch and Germans over others since those tourists paid without questioning the price according to him). The staff from Utopia explained to us those sunbeds were not theirs but they didn't seem to be willing to react to that situation even though it obviously affects their reputation and people think it's their service that is bad.
