Sirios Village

We had a wonderful family holiday at Sirios Village in August and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt the excellent service – always delivered with a genuine smile. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The cleanliness throughout the resort was truly impeccable, from the rooms to the pool area and dining spaces. The food was also very good and varied, with something to suit everyone’s tastes each day. The facilities were very well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time, and the location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach and only a convenient bus ride away from the charming Old Town. We left with lovely memories and would happily return. Highly recommended for families looking for a stress-free and enjoyable getaway!

The rooms are modern and constructed quite well! The staff are very friendly and are a great job! The food is for the most part really good, but the beverages are nothing to speak of. The pan cakes served at breakfast is to die for! The handmade pizza from the Snack bar is like really really good! The hotel is not located in a remote area, but it feels like it, if you are used to stay in areas of Crete like Agia Marina. Great for kids! And there are cats everywhere!

We spent 7 days at this hotel on an all-inclusive holiday and we were very happy with our stay! The biggest highlight was definitely the food – it was absolutely delicious. Every day there was something different, always fresh and tasty. Between the main meals, you could enjoy great pizza or order a pita with gyros – so good! There were also tasty, natural ice creams (not artificial) and a popcorn machine, which was a hit especially with the kids. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided every day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and well-kept, with everything in order. There were lots of families with children, so the atmosphere was warm and family-friendly. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and good service!

What a wonderful place. Clean, friendly staff. Location was good, and easy to access Chania town. Minutes walk to a beach. Food wasn't bad at all, with plenty of choice. Choice of pools, and a great area for little one's. Only negative was not much entertainment, compared to other all inclusive I have stayed. This did though make it quite a relaxing atmosphere. Also meant we spent more time talking and playing games as a family. Highly recommend. Well done to all staff. You all work so hard 👏. Special shout to lifeguard Keiran. What a lovely, hard working man.

My 4th holiday in Greece, my 3rd holiday on the island of Crete and it cannot be compared to my other holidays, I give it 2 stars. It has a good location. The food and taste are weak. The staff should be more cheerful. It should be made more suitable for children. I counted the hours for the 10-day holiday to end. The activities offered in the evening were not bad.
