Pela Mare Hotel

Great hotel! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, it is very quiet, it's intimate because of the small number of rooms, the view is Splendid, and the swimming pool is so pleasant. There is a huge parking and there are plenty if excellent tavernas nearby. I would come back without any hesitation.

Very friendly staff and facility located in a scenic area overlooking the bay of Agia Pelagia. Family room with kitchenette very cosy but with some details that could be improved. Fabulous outdoor area and pool. Wonderful sweet/savoury breakfast buffet, from a superior hotel. Private parking on the premises. Simply....to choose!

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from the moment we arrived. The man at the reception was shockingly aggressive and arrogant. When we pointed out that our reservation was for two single beds, he rudely told us that it “wasn’t the hotel’s fault” and blamed Ebookers instead. He spoke to us with an attitude, showed zero willingness to help, and even told us that if we wanted a full refund we should “go to court.” Because of this hotel’s complete lack of professionalism, we lost €150, didn’t get the accommodation we paid for, and had part of our vacation completely ruined. I have never been treated so badly by hotel staff. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was great. The reception guys were cool. However, my family and I felt very watched. The bartender tried to come into our room to “check” the minibar while we were just hanging out on the patio. By far the weirdest experience I have ever had at a hotel. Would not go back:/

We stayed at Pela Mare for 10 nights, and it truly felt like home—we didn’t want to leave. The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill, offering a stunning view of the coast in Agia Pelagia. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of storage for our belongings. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower was spacious as well. The view from our room was spectacular—we enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the pool area is never crowded, with plenty of sunbeds always available. We particularly loved the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, especially the homemade and local products. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk away. What truly sets Pela Mare apart is its staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They greet you every day with a warm smile and go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Staying at Pela Mare was a pleasure, and it provided everything we were looking for in our dream vacation.
