The place is very peaceful and ideal for a couple's vacation. The best aspect of this place is the quality of the service, especially Frederic, who has earned my five-star rating for service. Thanks a lot to the whole team who is available at any time.

This place was incredible! One of the best resorts we have stayed at and we have done a lot of traveling. When checking in, they upgraded our room to the villa with the plunge pool. Although the pool was quite chilly, it was a nice option to have. The service was amazing. The only thing to be aware of is that you really need to rent a car to stay here. It’s in a very quiet and peaceful area. Thankfully we did so we really didn’t mind the location. The restaurant closes quite early and there isn’t much around, so transportation is a must. Incredible view and sunrise. Breakfast included. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we absolutely recommend palm island!

After an initial rocky start, our stay at Palm Island suites was amazing! All of the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I want to say a HUGE thank you especially to Vangelis, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the views are incredible. The rooms are light, clean and comfortable, I’d highly recommend a room with a private pool. Breakfast was perfect with a nice view from the restaurant and the coffee was 10/10. The location is just a short drive from the airport, I recommend getting a transfer to save the hassle of taxis, Adonis, our driver super friendly and helpful. There aren’t many shops/restaurants close by but you can walk/get a transfer to anywhere and reception will happily help with recommendations for restaurants and bars etc. An overall great stay at a beautiful location. We stayed here for my husband’s birthday and it was the absolute BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The room was really clean and exactly as described on the website, with a great view and included amenities. All the staff is phenomenal and accommodating, especially the restaurant bartender/waitress Stergiana. That woman deserves a raise! We spent a lot of time at the restaurant celebrating my husband’s birthday and Stergiana went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She definitely made our experience at Palm Island Suites the best we could’ve had. The location is pretty far away from any touristy places which is really nice, although the nearest bus stop is a walk so it’s best to use the hotel’s shuttle. Either way, completely worth the splurge 5/5 stars and have already recommended it to everyone we know.

After a bit of a mix up on arrival, I have to say our stay at Palm Island was amazing! The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming at all times, especially Vangelis, who went above and beyond to ensure a nice and comfortable stay. The drive isn't too far from the airport which is convenient and there is a transfer service you can book to save hassle of taxis at the airport and back. The breakfast was perfect, the coffee 10/10 and the views from the restaurant are super pretty and picturesque. The grounds are stunning and has so many places to take pictures, the pool area was nice, clean and well kept with plenty of loungers, shades and a stunning view. The rooms were light and clean, I'd recommend a room with a pool if you can as you have the privacy and the views from the comfort of your room. There isn't a lot to do around the suites, so if you're looking to get out and about it is about a good walk or reception can organise a transfer for you to get into town if you don't hire a car. For me it was a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy a beautiful Island. Thank you again to all of the staff that work tirelessly at the suites and again a HUGE thank you to Vangelis.
