Olive Tree Suites is an amazing location. It is located 5 min from the bus stop which we utilized almost every day. Driving in Santorini looked overwhelming and the bus station was easy to navigate. Olive Tree also helped organize rides from the airport and to the port. The rooms were very clean and it is just outside the hustle and bustle of the town, so very quiet at night.

This place is everything we were looking for. About a block off of main strip so easy access to anything. Corner store, vehicles, food, dessert, pharmacy, etc. Staff is polite and very helpful. Rooms are clean, atmosphere is peaceful, and we enjoyed our 5 nights tremendously. Hostess even gave me her ice tray & let me spray water hose on upper deck. Hidden Gem for sure! Thank You for making it memorable 😊

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a more budget option in Santorini, perfect location with a short walk to Fira (5 mins), rooms were clean and had everything you need. Easy self checkin and the lady at reception the next day was very friendly and welcoming offering suggestions for food across the island.

Stay: Early June 2023 Olive Tree is perfectly located just away from the hectic crowds in a peaceful location. It was easy to find and a beautiful hotel. Our room was large and spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed (we appreciated the water, tea and orange juice provided). The room had soundproofed windows and door and was very quiet at night. Our host, Penelopi, was knowledgeable, informative and very kind. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property.

Reception is very sweet and helpful. However, the AC in our room was HORRIBLE 😩. We got no sleep at night because of how hot it was. We put in on 16c & all the way up yet it felt warmer than room temp. It was cooler to keep the windows open at night but still not cool enough to stay in that room and be comfortable. Hotel is in a great location though!
