So so so so good! We came here on a girls holiday as 3 girls and it was a great experience, it is a far walk from the strip about 40 minutes but taxis only cost €10 which in our case was so cheap. All of the staff are absolutely lovely, the cleaner gave us all hugs and was so welcoming, although the only con was that they was adamant on only giving us one roll of toilet paper when we were staying and some days forgot which I didn't think was great. We went to reception to ask if they could give us some more at about 12pm and the receptionist said you need to wait until the cleaner comes round... bit strange. The bar lady was absolutely lovely and the same for sergio, he gave us free shots and the most amazing cocktails. The drinks (alcoholic and soft drinks) are very well priced and so is the food and it's DELICIOUS! The pool area is lovely and the rooms are so spacious we have had no problems at all! Lovely team members and a beautiful hotel would 100% recommend

All good with our week stay. Staff friendly. Rooms clean & serviced regularly. Shower not great (sprays everywhere 😀). Nice pool. €4.50 for large 🍺 at the bar.

Do not stay here. When we first arrived we were treated by unfriendly staff. The chicken we were served at the hotel bar was raw inside which me and my friends with food poising for several days. They were completely unfair on taking our deposit off us because the towels were left slightly dirty, which would need to be cleaned anyway. The only positive thing is the bar staff are very friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The most serious issue was being served raw chicken—a major health hazard that should never happen anywhere, let alone in a hotel restaurant. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, the response was dismissive at best. From the very first day, it felt like the staff had it out for our group. Instead of making us feel welcome, they continuously nitpicked about minor and irrelevant things that had no impact on anyone else. It felt personal and unnecessary, making our entire stay uncomfortable and tense. We came here hoping to relax, but instead we were made to feel unwelcome and unsafe. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great little hotel. We picked this place as it had good reviews and was close enough to the Laganas strip for a night out, but wasn't close enough to attract party animals. We stayed 4-11 June... So not quite peak party season. ⭐ The pros ⭐ The bar staff are very friendly (Sergio is a legend 🫶 he really made our stay there 10x better) The pool is clean Food is nice Menu prices are reasonable Cleaning staff are friendly Chilled environment (for early June, not sure about peak season) 🤔 The cons 🤔 Booking via Jet2, you need to pay €8 per night for Aircon Not allowed any guests in your room There are 2 local shops, AVOID "super market Agrilia" their prices are insane. If you walk the same distance in the opposite direction, there is a shop that is open till around midnight that has reasonable prices. €28 for a bottle of disaronno, €15-24 for vodka, €2.5 for a large coke. I don't think we'd visit Zante again as we've been and done everything, but if I was to come back, this is the place I'd like to stay again.
