Ftelia Bay Hotel

I don’t leave reviews often, but I truly felt moved to write one for Ftelia Bay Boutique Hotel because the staff went above and beyond during my stay. I was going through a really difficult time personally, but the team were like angels in human form. So kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet. From the welcome drinks on arrival to the little tour of the hotel, everything felt personal and thoughtful. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning bar and pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. What really sets Ftelia Bay apart is how much they care. They don’t just treat you like a guest, they treat you like a person. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality in everything they do. 100000% recommend. If you’re thinking of booking, do it. You’ll be in the best hands. ❤️

The place really is beautiful. The complimentary breakfast was hands down the best hotel buffet breakfast I've ever had. So nice! And the coffee spectacular. Plus the staff working there were top notch. The reception chick was funny and showed us around.. and Ani the guy serving in pool area... such a genuine nice guy. So happy we chose this place.

My overall experience at the property could have been positive, but it was significantly affected by the behavior of the manager. He came across as extremely manipulative, unprofessional, and completely unfit for a leadership position. There was a noticeable lack of respect, both toward the staff and, indirectly, the guests. The general atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, largely due to his attitude. It's unfortunate, because the rest of the team seemed genuinely dedicated and hardworking

I could say was good experience for the all but unfortunately two facts happen to disappoint extremely my stay at the hotel. Once we arrive we notice the room wasn’t clean and also the bathroom. At moment we left the hotel me and my friend also notice two missing things that always stay inside the hotel room, $100 dollars that was saved on my walled and i never took off and a friend new foundation from Dior. Unfortunately we notice only when we left the two itens missing but could associate this as theft inside the room where we trust to let the stuff with safety and still a thing like this be able to happen. I’m sure has a impostor among the employees and the hotel should check this well to avoid situations like mine

Perfect for families! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the calm vibe around the pool was great for the kids. Loved the proximity to Ftelia Beach.
