Dimatis Hotel

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. We plan to make another trip to the area specifically to stay here again. The family who runs Hotel Dimatis is kind, attentive, thoughtful, and professional. The hotel itself is incredibly charming, with beautiful wood and stone interiors and picturesque views. The food was sensational. All made on premises and consistently blew our minds. Breakfast is included, and we also recommend eating at the restaurant for dinner every night you are there. Make sure to get the grilled local graviera cheese with tomato jam! It may be the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. This entire experience was the highlight of our 3 weeks in Greece.

I highly recommend this hotel. So Nice the couple that takes care of it! She mades the bread and marmalade…. And it tastes so good.. they are so friendly… the hotel is AMaZiNG. We stood one night because we were in a hurry… but I would like to be there forever. It is like being in a fairytale. The hotel is one of the best looking that I have being. My husband Federico and I were so happy to choose it!!!! The view from our suite was….. unforgettable. Thanks Dimatis!

We stayed for a night in June 2024 in the room with the Sauna and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about this place is wonderful. The views, the room, the service, and we will be dreaming of the delicious food forever. Dinner in the restaurant was incredible and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world. We hope to return this year for a longer stay so we can take the owners daughter's advice about exploring Mount Olympus more because she was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner have been really good and the staff very welcoming. Recommend them.

The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The food was soooo tasty! We got the wild boar (their specialty), roasted vegetables (the best we've ever had!), and the brownie with homemade ice cream. Everything was very delicious. The servers were so nice, and the waitress even told us the best way to travel to the top of Mount Olympus. Fair prices. They also make their own liquors, which I wish we could have tried (it was lunch for us). Highly recommend!
