The hotel is located in an amazing location, central Chalandri. The room was clean, quiet, and had many amenities, which were exactly as advertised. I loved the design of the rooms, they were convenient and functional. All in all, it was truly, a value-for-money stay! However, It seems that you REALLY need to work on post-check-out service. It took me 4-5 emails to "convince" the hotel staff, to send over the Invoices (since it was a business trip). They kept sending only one out of two, even if both bookings were made from my account, even if I was assured that I would be sent both during check-out.

Excellent hotel well situated and with great local amenities. Rooms spacious and clean, and there is an excellent shower. Breakfast was also filling and tasty. Views were mesmerizing. Would definitely return and highly recommend

We were a group of 25 people (students and teachers) and stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms were spotless and equipped even with a microwave oven and a coffee machine. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was really tasty, although we would have preferred a buffet style. The reception very helpful and friendly. The area is quiet, the only drawback is that there is no parking place. Will definitely revisit. Thank you Chroma Fashion! :)

Clean comfortable rooms good size and clean bathrooms. Lots of restaurants and shops seconds and minutes away great location and super friendly / helpful staff with 24 hour staffing at front desk. Highly recommend.

Definitely looks better in the photos, it’s just ok. Beds were hard and the pull out bed was super uncomfortable. The location is not great, far from the metro line and even the taxi driver was wondering why we were staying there.
