A few helpful tips for travelers checking into Arva Appartements Harbour: When you arrive mid-afternoon at the reception of this so-called 5-star establishment and you're cheerfully told that your €350-per-night apartment for 2 will be ready in "just one hour"... go ahead and count on two. Otherwise, when you politely check back after 90 minutes, you’ll simply be asked to “wait a moment”—again. Beach bar survival tip: bring cash, and watch your step. As for us, the fries we dodged on our way in were still lying there two hours later on our way out. Oh, and don’t lean on the reception counter—unless you enjoy having your hands dipped in grease. Inside the apartment? Well, maybe don’t put anything on the soap holder—it’s more of a soap trap waiting to fall on your toes. On the bright side, if you're into group showers, the showerhead leaks in all directions. Great for bonding, less so for hygiene. Planning to stay more than one night? Bring your own cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish towels—basically, everything except the sheets. Those are, miraculously, provided. Hooray. So yes, you're paying €350 a night for proximity to some nice restaurants and a pretty marina view. That’s about it. For a 5-star experience, there are better, more professional options out there—and spoiler alert: they often cost less.

The apartment is located in the center of Kolimbari. The journey from the airport takes only 40 minutes by car. Near a small marina and several local restaurants. There are three apartments in the building - each on a different level with a separate entrance. The perfect solution for people who value privacy and social distance. For guests of the apartment, it is possible to use the Avra Imperial Hotel's swimming pools. Additionally, free hotel breakfast is included in the price of the stay. Apartments finished to a high standard, air-conditioned with a sea view. Each bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen etc. I recommend this place to everyone!
