Athenian Residences

We had a fantastic stay at Athenian Residences Athens. We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us was truly happy with the experience. The larger apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for a group or family stay. What truly made the difference was the outstanding service. Manos and Joseph, the managers, were amazing!!! warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They arranged for a van to be waiting for us at the airport, and also made sure we had an early check-in since we landed before sunrise. Communication with them was smooth and easy from start to finish. One of our favorite parts was the small courtyard, which is part of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind after a hot day in Athens, the kids loved cooling off in the small pool, and in the mornings, both families met there to enjoy breakfast. The breakfast, included in our stay, came from a great local café and they were generous with the options — more than we expected! The location is unbeatable: right in the center of Athens, just steps away from countless restaurants, cafés, and shops — and yet it was quiet at night. We felt safe, welcome, and truly cared for. Highly recommended!!!

This is a great place to stay right in the middle of the action in Monastariki. Manos helped us get a late night van from the airport and have great food recommendations. The pool is small but my kids loved it. It isn’t “luxury”, but the rooms are newish and very comfortable, and our suite had a private bedroom for the parents and two bathrooms. Very quiet. For the price, I am super happy.

We received the best hospitality from the hotel staff. We arrived very early in the morning, and Manos greeted us even before his shift started. He kindly let us store our luggage at the front desk. As soon as our room was ready, he texted us and helped us check in right away. From taking our breakfast order and arranging airport transportation, to sharing travel tips for Athens and personally walking us to meet our airport driver, Manos delivered an exceptional level of service. The hotel is in a lively location, within walking distance of most major sights in Athens. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Athens.

I highly recommend this place! Great location in the middle of Psiri with super cosy bars and restaurants literally around the corner. Plaka and the Akropolis are only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the subway which will get you anywhere in Athens. I have to mention the super friendly and helpful staff (Thanks Roman!) and excellent breakfast delivered to the room. Room itself was spacious and very clean. Hope to come back here some day !

What a location, what a friendly peoples... thank you Manos for hosting us. In the middle of Psiri you'll find this little place of tranquility. We were a family of 5, with 3 little kids and felt super welcom in athenes due to Manos. Ok the prices is quite high, but you get value for your money. A small little pool, just for cooling down.
