Arte Lindos Suites

We booked 3 nights at Arte Lindos Suite in Lindos (Rhodes), attracted by the beautiful terrace shown in the photos. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, it was a complete disappointment. There was no one there to welcome us, and the room we were given was not the one we had booked: no view, no terrace, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. When you pay for a certain level of comfort, you expect to get what was promised. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. We called and were given a vague excuse: “I’ll come and fix it.” Of course, no one ever came, and the connection remained unusable throughout our stay. Another major issue: a disgusting sewage smell that would regularly come into the room. Completely unacceptable for a place that claims to be “high-end.” And to top it all off, on our last day we had no running water at all. We couldn’t shower or even use the toilet. When I called, I was told it was a “city issue.” I don’t buy that excuse – nowadays, there are solutions for a hotel to manage such situations, especially when guests are paying a high price. I had to go to another hotel just to take a shower and use the bathroom – and guess what? They had water. In short: no service, false advertising, questionable hygiene, and total lack of care for guests. I strongly advise against staying at this property or booking anything with this unprofessional group. It’s outrageous to charge so much for such a poor experience.

I booked here for my partners 30th birthday and I am SO glad I did it. Communication was absolutely perfect from the moment I booked. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a special time. The cleaner was soo friendly too and the room was spotless. The view over Lindos was stunning from both the room itself (you can see the acropolis and the sea from each window!) and the huge private balcony/terrace type area. We watched the sunrise from it one morning and it was lovely. The location is perfect, it’s such a really short walk (5 mins) to most restaurants, bars, shops etc, but is such a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Lovely facilities and really comfy bed! We will definitely book again when we come back to Lindos!

Wow ~ just a perfect place to enjoy Lindos. Lovely view over Acropolis and the sea! I stayed in a beautiful Room with private Terrace. A nice touch with fresh water and wine. Also very helpful welcoming and picking me up from the local bus 🙏🏼✨Can highly recommend- love it

We had the pleasure of staying here for our honeymoon. The hosts were so accommodating after we had disappointing stay in a nearby hotel, they went above and beyond to accommodate our very last minute booking. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable with a charming courtyard. Situated in a great location only a 5 minute downhill walk into beautiful Lindos town and a 10 minute walk to 2 different beautiful beaches. The hosts also suggested some amazing places to eat and their recommendations were fantastic! All in all a 10/10 stay in peaceful and relaxing location. Will definitely be returning!

A beautiful, comfortable apartment with two wonderful terraces overlooking the Acropolis and the sea. Air conditioning, a Nespresso machine, and a kettle make your stay pleasant. Cold wine and beer are provided in the fridge as a welcome gift. 😊 Just a few minutes from the charming center and a 15-20-minute walk up to the Acropolis. Add to that the charm of the young sisters Stella and Domna who run it.
